Comfortable after a long journey

"This was my second time staying here after a long haul flight. It is very convenient getting the bus direct from Incheon airport. The staff are friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool with great facilities. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Paradise city which has a convenience store, restaurants (expensive and reasonable) and more."

"I stayed here for the last two nights of a fourteen day tour around South Korea. It was hands down my favorite hotel the entire trip. From the staff who were very friendly and accommodating, to my room on the seventeenth floor, to the rooftop pool with the best views, everything was amazing!! The location was perfect and the city very walkable with subway station only a few minutes away. I was sad to leave, and I already can’t wait to come again. "I stayed at Lotte City Hotel for 13 days (5/14 - 5/27). I had a surgery and needs quite and convenient place to recovery. I have a very good view from my room window and the place is very quiet. The housekeeping crew did a very good job as well. I also enjoyed the Mall, it has all kinds of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops and stores. I will stay in Lotte when I come back in Ocober, 2024"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in my 3 years living in Korea. It’s very comfortable, clean, and the staff speak English so it’s convenient for tourists. It’s also located near a subway station (Yeongdeungpo station) which makes transportation around Seoul super easy."
