Take it for what it is. I stayed only for a night. It was a bit pricey considering the place. I had little tiny roach roommates roaming around the bathroom. I couldn’t find the remote control for the AC inside the bedroom. Someone kept calling and ringing the doorbell around 12am-2am. A bit spooky and couldn’t sleep.

I stayed here two different nights and two different buildings the first night and the first building it was really nice it was modern and up-to-date the second night I felt like I was in somebody's home it was a little weird but not to take away from the facility they served his purpose

This was a really mixed bag. Took this room because I had a 22 hour layover in Manila.first off the agent Roselyn was extremely helpful and managed get me a3 hour late check out. As for the property itself it’s located in a great neighborhood although the property is worn. There was a bad odor throughout the property that got into the rooms , however, the room had one of the most comfortable beds I slept in in my life. Like I said a mixed bag.

Place is so convenient to get around to shop and dine anytime. Fast and easy to pick up cab in front of the building.

Overall, an OK stay.
It was a good, comfortable stay overall. We didn't get to spend much time as we needed to be somewhere else most of the time. Few things although it's not bothersome, at least for me - the garbage bin was not emptied, there's also a water container that might have been from the previous tenant as it's not fully consumed, got locked in the room although we managed to get out (this happened after seeking help when the room locked with us all left in the living room and had to call for help, which the assigned POC came by shortly but without keys, just a few tricks here and there and he's opened it) although the area seems to be clean. We added a pay for parking (can't remember though if it's supposed to be free of charge when we booked it). Overall, an okay stay.

Friendly staffs. Near the airport. The unit needs more improvements. Microwave, stove didn’t work. No towel paper, very limited utensils. Very confused to get to the unit from the gate. The building is kind of old, can’t consider a resort. Staffs were very nice & friendly. Close to the airport. However, I would rather stay in hotel than a residential property next time for more convenient.

The check in process was easy once you realise you need to call the staff before arriving at the security gate. The room was average with a lot of appliances not working. I appreciate a fan was also provided as well as the air conditioner.

The property is ok if you’re staying for more than a day. There’s a kitchen and cooking utensils but we only stayed for one night. The downfall is the check in system. There a guard /a at the gate. They would ask for proof that you have a reservation. Then you walk to your building to meet the personnel to let you in. It was raining that day, it was so stressful. Never gonna do that again . I’d rather pay a little extra and be comfortable. Roslyn was great though !!!

I liked everything about my stay there. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Street food in evening was also plentiful clean and fun to do. Property was well kept and beautiful just to walk around. I'll definitely stay my next trip also.

Overall it was just ok. Got locked in the bathroom. Remove the fixture but didnot put it back. Didnt offer to move to another room. Its ok because its accessible to stores restos and shopping mall. Will not recommend to my family or friends.

Infested with cockroaches. We changed rooms 3 times until we found 1 room with less roaches. It was late and we were too tired to go somewhere else, so we settled there for the first night. The bed on the first night was old and very uncomfortable and didn’t have the sofa bed we paid for. Staff was nice but didn’t consider the roach infestation a problem. Apparently, the owners don’t keep up with the right maintenance. Location was Good and close to the airport.

Haf a roll of toilet paper, no shampoo!
This Residence has no reception; booking-confirmation must be presented to the guards at the gate. Finally arriving at the room, with half a roll of toilet paper, no shampoo or soap, therefore hair and stains on the bed waiting for me. It was a disappointment. The staff was friendly, though.

Not so good, the place is a little old, several times saw crawling insects in kitchen cabinets & floors. Towels are very old and have to request for more, tv remote don’t work even after repair. One good thing is the assistants are very accommodating, helpful and courteous They made our stay bearable.!

It is not a resort but an old worn out condo with little to brag about. Inconvenient parking and not at all comfortable. Calling it a resort is like calling an outhouse the Four Seasons.

I was a little disappointed this last visit. One of the bathroom doesn't have hot water. The rooms needs more attention to clean. Other than that, I'm very pleased...The employees are really nice and helpful. Especially the security guards..

Very slow internet signal same with the local networks @ the 7th floor building 4. Location is close to the airport (5 minute or less than 10 minute ride by taxi). Accessible to restaurants, atm, convenience store, etc... Clean room with kitchen. Excellent customer service. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Sarasota residential SUCKS!!!
It was very uncomfortable stay, room linens look very dirty because white sheets turned into graying color, the twin bed was just a foam full or hole, found roaches around, kitchen gadgets not reliable to our standards, towels look like a rag. Cannot contact them as instruction said no front desk so we have to call before check in. I will never go back to the place, tho security guards are nice and friendly and helpful all the time.

We stayed 4 nights, which we regret, I wish we had booked elsewhere after the first day. Communication with staff was great. Day 1, room 1, the kitchen was falling apart and the toilet did not work. Day 1, room 2, the air conditioning in the lounge-room leaked water badly down the curtains and over the floor. Day 1, room 3, the kitchen stank, the stove did not work properly, the whole condo had a very bad smell, My wife wore a mask when in the condo. Open the cupboard under the sink made you gag, really. In general all rooms were dirty and very run-down with a lot of rot in the kitchens cupboards. I seriously regret ever staying here, never again.

Dear Sir; We do apologize that you were not satisfied with our units. First; You complained that the kitchen was falling apart. The drawers and cabinets were ok before it was handed to you. The rollers must have been derailed when you opened them hard because flush of the toilet that was working well suffered the same fate as the drawers. ( fixtures were disconnected ) Upon checking , your complain was fixed in no time by our cleaners, which you admittedly wrote that communication with them was great! Sign that you were being attended to. What surprised everyone was when you close the door with a bang that was si loud it alarmed our security personnel. We transferred you to an upgraded unit unfortunately, our newly installed airconditioning leaked water thru the living room because the aircon was in full blast and all the doors you left opened. We tried our best to please you and so we thought, not until we read your comments. Ironically, your comments seemed your stay was unbearable but how come you still remained 4 nights and availed your full reservations?

Upon arriving, the guard wouldn't let us in because he was not aware of Expedia and wanted a confirmation number, which is not provided by Expedia. We waited for about 20 minutes until owners came and resolved the issue. Room is clean, furniture is so so, bad bumps into the wall every time i move in bed. There is no hot water available, had to shower for 2 days in cold water.

Dear Sir/Madame It is standard operating procedure for security reasons that our guards will ask for your booking identification. If you will not provide that, how can we know the authenticity of your reservation and persona. All our units have water heater and all are working. If there was a problem, you should have asked the assistance of our staff on how to operate them.

It was the same room I stayed in last year and nothing was fixed, what was really bad was it was infested with cockroaches and other bugs. That mattress needs to be replaced with a thicker New mattress.
