"This is one of the better hotels (if not the best managed) in that area, directly at the boardwalk. Our room was quiet and had a nice city view. Sea view rooms are sold out fast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the restaurant. Parking is extremely limited though (maybe 10 spaces; we had to search for a while for street parking) Also at the beach there is some construction going on (not sure what they are building ( bar or restaurants maybe).so, it as not a pretty...

"Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!"

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."
