Spotless & Peaceful
Hostal Alma was in a great location, with no need for a car. It was spotless, quiet and peaceful. The room itself was also spotless, with fresh towels and linen every day! We had a lovely relaxing stay there and would go back

We had a car rental, so great for four adults in a family room. Great parking, everything you need a 5 minute drive away or walking to super 10. Lovely pool, no noise, really, it was all easy.

Great value for the money
Very clean! Location in a quite neighbourhood, perfect to explore both the port d’alcudia and alcudia the city. Close to Mercadona. Lacks of a wardrobe. The balcony is very tiny. The rooms are not sound proofed.

Easy to locate a pleasant 5 min walk to town of old Alcudia town with restaurants or well stocked supermarket 3 minutes walk . Room spacious and airy feeling felt well maintained .

Chambre propre et confortable avec la clim. La salle de bain est un peu vielle et la tuyauterie aussi. L'eau chaude est tres longue a venir et les joints de la douches sont a refaire. La piscine est tres agreable et le petit dejeuner tres bien pour le prix.

Wir haben unser Mädels Wochenende im Hostal Alma verbracht. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Wir werden es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen und nochmal buchen. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp hat richtig gut geklappt. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Preisleistung ist einfach top. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Bis Alcudia sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Die Aussensnlage ist wunderschön. Hat was sehr gemütliches. Wir waren sehr zufrieden 😊.

Se trata de una casa unifamiliar convertida en hostal, con el primer piso dividido en diferentes habitaciones. En el lavabo no había ningún enchufe donde conectar un secador o similar. El haver el check-in nos hicieron pagar diez euros de tasa turística. Sorpresa cuando después de pagar y una vez en la habitación y revisando la factura, nos dimos cuenta que la factura ya incluía la tasa turística, además la factura era por un importe inferior al pagado con anterioridad. A la hora de reclamar la chica de recepción nos derivó a un tlf de su jefe.

Estimado Ricardo, Lamentamos su experiencia, que no has podido disfrutar del nuestro complejo, que incluye 3 edificios, zona de aparcamiento, zonas picnic, y no el edificio unifamiliar que dices usted. Referente a tasa turistica, esta bien especificada al hacer la reserva a traves de su agencia. Por ley, la tasa turistica no puede ser cargada antes de checkin y lo cobra el hotel, y no has podido tenerlo ya pagada, si fui asi, puedes reclamar a su agencia.

Sympathique hostel
Très agréable hostel. Jolie piscine au calme. Excellent petit déjeuner servi un peu tard à notre goût (8:30). Jolie chambre, mais climatisation peu performante . Personnel adorable. Nous recommandons.

Hotel bello nella parte esterna, camera ok anche se senza frigobar. Bagno brutto e da rivedere completamente. Rubinetteria incrostata e macchie su water e vasca. Personale in reception assente, bar spesso chiuso senza motivo. Il personale è impegnato nella manutenzione della struttura. Piscina bella.

Grazie per il tuo commento. È indicato fin dall'inizio quale servizio è incluso. Non abbiamo frigoriferi in camera, siamo un ostello, e sì, molti servizi non sono inclusi come in un hotel a 5 stelle.Inoltre, poiché è un piccolo ostello, non abbiamo una reception continua, ma durante il tuo soggiorno ci hai trovato a chiedere molte cose di cui avevi bisogno.Saluti da Maiorca

Hôtel bien situé, piscine agréable, personnel discret. Peu de rangement dans la chambre, dispose du minimum. Petit déjeuné buffet bien, terrasse agréable.

Bonne localisation
L'hôtel est bien situé à mi-chemin entre le port et la ville d'Alcudia. Petite piscine avec de l'eau salée. Par contre, le service et le petit-déjeuner étaient vraiment minimalistes. Malgré la canicule, pas une bouteille d'eau ou un point d'eau potable disponible, pas de verre dans la chambre non plus. Matelas plus large que le cadre du lit.
