"The Panorama Hotel seems to have much nicer pictures than actual rooms. When we got to our room it seemed very sparse. The lighting was terrible, the soap was very limited, and the room and bathroom were not cleaned well. It was fine for one night while passing through Mae Hong Son, but I wouldn't go back."

"The room was good for a budget hostel however service was non existant. There was nobody at the hostel when we arrived, after waiting for over an hour in the middle of the day someone came to bring us a key but didn't speak any english. He didn't seem to be staff either. When we left the hostel, nobody was there either so we left the key on the counter. While we were waiting the first day we tried calling the hotel but when they answered and realized we were speaking english they hang up."

Heuer(april 2011)war ich neben 2 Geschäftsleuten aus Thailand für 3 Tage der einzige Gast. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits-man geht etwa 10 Minuten bis in denOrt-und daher sehr ruhig. Das wenige Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist m.E.in Ordnung. Im Swimmingpool war angenehm kühles und sauberes Wasser.Der Nachtklub-Karaoke- war geschlossen."

If you are thinking you only need a cheap place to crash at night that's not going to work out well either as you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, their discussions, going to the toilet, snoring, the lot. You'll be disturbed a lot. In the morning there is briefly hot water available at reception to make your own coffee, and free bananas. No other food or drink. There is air conditioning but only super cold setting, controls don't work. The guy on reception has no English but is super friendly and helpful. If you have earplugs and everywhere else is booked this is the place for you. "
