Wonderful hotel! No negatives at all. Awesome view of Madrid from the terrace. They even called a doctor for us when I got sick at the hitel. Servce, facilities, dinning options and breakfast facilities are impecable. Highly reccomend this hotel.

They need to start breakfast before 7am as many guests have early plans while on vacation. An option-denied to me- would be breakfast by Room Service before 7am. This level of hotel should have no issue with that.
