I was supposed to stay here for 9 nights, but I left first thing in the morning after the first night and went to a hotel. The beds were actually air mattresses with one small blanket, and there were no lockers or anywhere to put your belongings except in the room, where they got in the way of others or could be stolen. Between people screaming their heads off in the middle of the night and pushing others, the broken shower, and the disgusting toilets, I would recommend sleeping on the street over this place. I felt so unsafe that I broke out in stress hives for the next several days.

La atención de los empleados fue maravillosa, siendo Erika la mejor, una persona maravillosa, lo mejor del hostal con diferencia. Sin embargo hay un empleado argentino cuyo nombre empieza por luc, y termina por ass, que es un conchudo increíble; una persona que se dedica a maltratar a otras personas y amanezarlas con echarlas del hostal y intimidarlas; personas vulnerables que no pueden permitirse responder porque están en situaciones sumamente complicadas y si responden acabarían durmiendo en la calle. y el que es un sádico las utiliza como un medio para aliviar la frustración que le genera su propia situación. Lo ha echo conmigo pero yo me puedo ir a donde me de la gana, y le dije que podría una reclamación, pero lo que me indigna es que le vi hacerlo con muchas personas las cuales no podían defenderse. Le aconsejo a luc que relaje la raja y que intente ser más agradable con los huéspedes. Un abrazo para Erika y todos los demás empleados, y también para los huéspedes,todas personas humildes, pero encantadoras y maravillosas♥️

El chico que te recibe en recepción una atención horrible, le pides información te responde como una persona antipática, te anda diciendo que hacer en el hostal es un mandón, la chica es más maja pero el chico es pésimo para atender al personal que llega.
