"Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive."

"One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. The suite with Mountain View was so gorgeous I just never wanted to leave. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The jetted tub was luxurious, as were the fluffy bath robes that came with the room. You could hear the nearby river as you drifted off to sleep. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic. They let us leave our luggage with them until check in since our train arrived early, then let us leave the luggage again after checkout and sent it down to the station for us when our train was set to leave so we didn’t have to walk up the hill again to retrieve it. The breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Well worth the price. "
