"Hotel was okay. Nothing special. It looked very good on website. On the night of second day of visit, there was electricity problem, due to which not only AC but even fan couldn't run. "Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan. "
