"Everything went great! They were able to get me in a room early and it was very clean. Breakfast was always amazing and fresh! Biggest downfall was the elevator kept going everywhere but where I needed. Ended up taking the stairs most of my visit. "

"Welcoming front desk -- easy room access -- clean rooms, comfortable beds. Didn't like that there weren't any "power plugs" on bedside stand -- since I use a CPAP machine, I was unable to use it."

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly, but the property is dated. Would have got a higher rating, but this was a busy weekend and the room rates were very high (all hotels were high to be fair)"

"Checked in late. Enjoyed seeing the fish. Fish was cool, I want to know its name. Vanessa was also cool. She talked to us about pizza. Very nice and clean room. Will stay again next time I'm in Lubbock."

"The fitness center is not open as there is no equipment in the room. The pool doesn’t open until 0900 which is a bummer because I like early swimming when no one else is awake but I couldn’t enjoy the pool. The room was nice but there was a bright light shining into the room under the blinds. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I would stay here again."
