"The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was great. Outside hotel on the street is dirty but found most of the NYC area around Times Square like that. We got vouchers for breakfast for several places but Carve deli was the best. Good food , quick service and always so busy. They could use a little bit more seating as we had to take our breakfasts back to hotel and eat in lobby. "

"We have stayed in NYC many times but have never had a better experience than we did at Westin Grand Central. The staff were absolutely top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, absolutely everything we could have asked for. Won’t ever stay anyplace else when we go to the city. Highly recommended!"

"I loved my stay. It was reasonably priced compared to any other hotel. I was going into my stay with low hopes of a compfy, clean, and cool stay, but I was very surprised. The air conditioning worked very well. The shower was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is my top choice everytime I visit NYC. "
