The lights, while funky, never did learn how to turn them off, and it was a distance from the room to the all-gender washroom (which unfortunately was not very clean), but all this was compensated by excellent staff other than the grumpy old guy at 5am when I had to check out, but who could blame him? It was 5am.

Lovely affordable and friendly
Lovely comfortable stay as a couple for 3 nights. Would recommend a bottom cabin as step aren’t comfortable to climb nor easy to get up. I found it very clean however bad drain smell to the point I was sick. So hope this improves. Bed was very comfortable, due to being on the top bed I found it got very hot in the night starts off comfortable then gets uncomfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a communal kitchen which people left a mess in however the staff took it upon themselves to clean (which they shouldn’t have too). Table tennis and table top football to keep you entertained. It snowed when we went so we didn’t use the outdoor terrace however it offered excellent views of the city including the castle. EXCELLENT LOCATION 5 minutes from the bus station( even as someone who’s not the fastest. And great location to the town.

It was a good idea to make a cheap rooms for affordable stays in Ljubljana. But My room was upstairs and it was very difficult for me to climb up and down. At the first time I fell down and I still have bruise on my legs. I couldn’t go to washroom because of the stairs at night. Otherwise, maybe if I had lower bed I didn’t have any problems.

The common areas were nice and cheery, with a cool rooftop patio. I stayed in a “cabin” pod which was nice and clean, with fun colorful lights inside, but had a pretty thin mattress. Shared bathrooms were fine, about what you’d expect for a hostel. Breakfast was very expensive for the area though at €15 euros per person, so would skip that. Overall good setup and great location ~10 min walking from the center, but was definitely expensive for what we got (but we stayed in August and booked just a couple months out, so that was what was available).

was a nice stay would recommend only improvements would be the bathroom situation, whilst there, were one of the toilets didn’t have a lock and another was locked from the inside so ended up having to wait quite a few times to use the toilet, however i would still recommend as the location is perfect !

I hadn’t appreciated that I would be staying in the hostel area of the hotel when I booked. However was really pleasantly surprised by the facilities. My cabin was clean and neat, capsule style, and the mattress was so comfortable I slept really well. My belongings were safe, keycard entry to the cabin. The free washer and dryer facilities were fantastic. For the bathroom facilities, there were shared style ones, or they had a number of private bathrooms. It is so close to the centre, only 5 minute walk to the Triple Bridge. Also only a straightforward 10 min walk to the station. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, happy and fun. Really great value and comfortable stay.

Guests should be aware that some “rooms” do not have a private bathroom, and the beds are either with a low ceiling or you have to climb up to them. Otherwise, very centrally located and fairly clean. The breakfast was good (but paid).

Hostel layout was satisfactory. The room was good and the interior lightings were appropriate although size was tiny. And it was great to have gym room, ping pong tables and other game tables for use. However, there are several things for the attention of their managerial staff: 1. The conditions and suitability of existing cooking utensils, such as pans, pots and small electric appliances need definite replacement. 2. Larger electric water kettle could also be provided. 3. The cost of buffet breakfast was too high in terms of the options of foods in provision.

Generally a satisfactory stay. One piece of advise to their hostel management : they should provide hair dryers for borrow / loan, or simple install one in each bathroom area. They will be more appreciated by ladies.

Great place to stay
Great location, friendly staff, comfy surroundings with places to sit inside and outdoors, and a small but serviceable kitchen. Good WiFi. Had some apprehension about the bed (upper bunk), but found it very spacious and comfortable, great to have USB sockets both sides. Ladder up was OK with something on your feet & taken slowly. 2 negatives - couldn't get the main lights off, didn't understand the switch which seemed only to change the colours; nowhere to dry clothes or even to hang wet stuff, seemed odd given there are washing machines & was a problem because we had heavy rain.

The kitchen was in an awful state very dirty food doesn’t get taken out often enough, broken appliances sink was clogged two days in a row. Bathrooms flooded and didn’t even have hand soup. Reception lady forgot to give my ID back after check in.

This hostel is in a great location incredibly short walk into the main city centre, The rooftop bar with loft views is also a bonus. The price is comparable to other hostels and some of these also include a breakfast, this hostel doesn’t. The rooms were adequate size for the price paid, but incredibly noisy as the walls are made of cheap materials. The bed was comfortable. The washrooms were dirty and unisex washrooms also. The washroom but only washed once today I believe. Has the same urine on the floor was there early in the morning and was still there late in the afternoon. Given the heavy traffic through these toilets this is simply not enough. I could only see two members of staff during the day to whom rushed off their feet trying to help so many customers not just including a hostel but a hotel and serving teas and coffees etc

Hip vibe but lacking in cleanliness
I wanted to like this place but it just wasn’t very well kept. Cool, hip vibe, and liked the decor (the mood lighting in the room was neat) but that was about it. I get that this is a hostel and not a five star hotel but the bathrooms were frankly disgusting. Paper towels and toilet paper often not refilled, missing soap/shampoo bottles, bad odor (which they try to mask using air fresheners), and since the floors don’t have drains, oftentimes huge puddles of water form on the floor. I also saw blood and hair on the floor—I’ve stayed at other hostels before and I just felt that for the price you pay, the value isn’t great.

Stayed in one of the private rooms. Hotel is 3 blocks from the center of everything and very close to the bus and train stations. Great shower/bathroom facilities for a hostel. Really like the dry and wet areas for each shower and great fixtures. Nice private bed for a good price. 4 nights

F - fun place to stay for a couple of nights! Brightly coloured and cabin style rooms; U- unusual rooms, no window which makes it feel a bit claustrophobic; ZZ- zero wait time for communal showers and bathrooms; Y- you can do washing free of charge; L- long wait to check in, no self check in was available as advertised; O- only a short ten minute walk from the city centre; G- great experience overall, would book again for a short stay

Worst sleep experience of my life
We booked the private double room where the bed is high up and it was really clean & nicely decorated with cool lights and that’s where the good bit starts and ends. The stairs up to the bed are impossible to navigate safely for 2 fit 29 year olds. The worst part of our stay was that the air conditioning in the hotel was broken and none of the rooms have windows. We basically drowned in our own sweat for the night even with the door left wide open. The staff couldn’t offer any better options room-wise and they didn’t seem to actually know what was going on. The gym in the photos didn’t seem to exist. The hand towel dispenser in bathrooms nearest our room was empty for the entirety of our stay and the shower floors were wet and hairy. It’s such a shame because the hostel is really cool & well decorated but so badly ran. Make sure the aircon is working before you book

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had many questions about getting to Lake Bled, and the staff took their time to help and look up bus routes. Not only that, the same lady at the front desk was able to upgrade my room to a private room. The room was very comfortable and much more spacious than I was expecting. The bathrooms are a great size with fantastic hot water and pressure. The only reason I didn't give them excellent overall was due to the cleanliness in the bathroom. They tried to keep it clean, but unfortunately they can't control all the travelers and clean up after each one. I would advise though, for the number of people that could stay at a time, I would invest in a larger trash can for each bathroom. The small ones are great in a home of 1 or 2 people but not for the traffic that the hotel can serve at a time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to my friends and stay again myself. Thank you!!!

lots of potential, but needs new staff
Amazing location only minutes from the train & bus station made daytrips within Slovenia easy. The accommodation was fine, capsules are a really interesting concept, most things worked ok, and the place was very clean. However, the mix of staff really let the place down. One reception guy was really awesome, but most were sarcastic and unprofessional, and two on the morning shift were outright rude and hostile - not a great strategy to increase business after such a low travel period due to pandemic restrictions! Also had some problems with the downstairs cafe serving breakfasts, and with the vending machines in the hostel - reception staff repeatedly "said" they would take care of the problems, but finally they couldn't be bothered to do anything to fix the issues. In short - if all you want is somewhere convenient where you don't have to interact with anyone, this place is fine - but if you believe people make experiences (like I do) then you'll be very disappointed here.

Comfort and relaxation in a beautiful city
Loved how close to the center of the city and bus station it is. Staff are very helpful. Loved the capsules as there very comfortable. Fast wifi and very modern place and of course very clean.
