"While the hotel does not have much kerb appeal, once inside it is very comfortable and friendly. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are modern and well appointed. Our shower tray unfortunately had no lip on it meaning the water simply ran out onto the floor in the bathroom, which was a shame. Poor design. "
