The in house café served a free breakfast buffet and they served menu items all throughout the day as well. I haven't traveled enough to feel comfortable speaking negatively about my stay.

Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.

Great location near SM, and even better, its attached to Yashano mall with grocery store there to do your grocery shopping and not have to walk outside especially when its raining.

First and Last Stay at Lotus Blu
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Lotus Blu Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback in the hope that it may prompt improvements for future guests. First and foremost, the hotel lacks several essential amenities that are often expected in a modern establishment. The absence of a gym and a pool was a major disappointment, especially for someone who values fitness and relaxation during their travels. It's disheartening to see a hotel in this price range not offer such basic facilities. One of the key aspects that contribute to a positive hotel experience is the quality of breakfast. Regrettably, the breakfast at Lotus Blu Hotel fell short of expectations. The options were limited, and the overall quality was poor. It's disheartening to start the day on a disappointing note with a subpar breakfast. Speaking of price, I must say that the value for the money paid was not fair. Considering the lack of amenities and the unsatisfactory breakfast, it felt as though the hotel was overcharging for its services. Guests anticipate a certain level of comfort and quality when they pay a certain price, and unfortunately, the Lotus Blu Hotel did not meet these expectations. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with late check-out. Despite ongoing construction on the second floor, the hotel refused to grant a late check-out without additional charges. i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

The staff was great very accommodating, it's near to SM and the place is updated and secure but I'm only giving them 3.5 star it's because their bed is so hard. It felt like I'm sleeping in the hardwood floor. My back hurt every morning. I think they need to add some padding on their beds. If they do that, I will stay again 100%

Like- bed and linens; cleanliness, staff was cordial and helpful Dislike- upfront cash refundable deposit of 1,000 Php. Never experienced that from hotels (4-5*) I had stayed in. What if I or other former guests who forgot to get back the refund after checking out? Will the hotel send the money to the guests or keep it?

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.
