Exactly there was some miscummication. He was new and thought he was right. Endly he understood what the manager means. And the manager was right. But lucky it was not a problem which considers your booking in a bad way. Nice that you enjoyed your stay.

I'll believe that it was warm in the room you booked in the top of the hotel and frontside but we have no arconditioning because till now it's not allowed by local government because the historical buildings.Even when permitted then on the few days we need it, are not enough to install it. Then the price is raising up and then we're not the right hotel with the right price in our city. It's low budget rooms with shared bathroom and in the rooms with bathroom is neither an airconditioning. It was not only 26...for Dutch weather is 26 high temperature. But still thanks for your review. Maybe director will change his mind in the future when temperature is for at least a mounth always 30+. .

We aprreciate your help to make things better. Unfortunaly we can put glasses in the bathroom. People always steel them or break them and then we've floor full with glass. So it will be hard plastic(BTW they steal them also). About the stairs. You're right. These buildings where in the 18th century river houses. So it has small and steep chairs in two of the four buildings.. Because your review is anonymous we can't check what you mean with the window. When you;'re using your name we can check the room by name and date. That's difficult now because you're the first one who mentioned a window which might fall. Or is it just a feeling and are the windows just old like the buildings..A lot of details we may not change because it's forbidden by local government. The buildings are moonumental protected. Thanks for the your suggestion and the housekeeping will check all the rooms if there's is somewhere a room with a bad window.

We should nearly blush with this review. But thanks that you had a nice stay. It's just what you write. Familyhotel in the middel of the city and nearly accessible for everybody. who new which hotel he/she chooses. Hopefully see you again.

Sorry, to read that you don't like our hotel. Maybe just made the wrong combination in choices you like in a hotel and what you expect. That can happen. Not nice to read that somebody was not satisfied. But we're who we are. Familyhotel with low budget and standard rooms in the middle of the city with low prices. And yes there is/was a small renovation in the hall.

Thanks for your respond. You're right that there's no difference between the room price. That you slept with open windows because the temperature was high, is a choice of the guest. Our prices are low and there're no airco in the rooms. We also didn't give any information in sites that we've airco. Maybe you didn't saw it, but there are two security doors to the hall. These doors are open and in case off emergency they will close automatically. Our bar is a typical dutch bar. Those bars are not really light. I can understand that it looks for you dark. In dutch way we say cosy. It's worse that it was noisy for you and the kids. Only would be nice when you checked out that you told me about the noise. The kids said they had a great day. Still thanks for your respond and maybe we'll see you grown-up kids in the future again. Sorry that it was not for what you expected and I respect your answer not to recommend us. Wrong hotel for the guest his facilities he wants.

Bedankt voor uw review. Toilet kunnen we niet veranderen. Maar verder kunnen we veel met uw opmerkingen. Het plankje is een aandachtspunt. Waterdruk is ok alleen moet men de douche kopslang effe uit de draai halen. Dat was het probleem. Maar wel door uw opmerking opgelost. De leuning is naar gekeken want daar was men niet van op de hoogte. En ook het brood was een prima opmerking. Werkelijk alles was beschimmeld. Excuses van de bakker. Hij heeft een fout met vocht in het proces gehad en die levering is dus volledig retour gegaan, Voor de latere ontbijters hebben we het kunnen herstellen. Nogmaals bedankt.. Hier kunne we wat mee.
