The property have fantastic view of the mountains . Welcome aperetivo for the guests is appreciated . They have a good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner . The room is pretty big . I think they need to consider air conditioning as we are experiencing climate change everywhere including Switzerland .

Beautiful property and extremely peaceful. Lots of accommodating staff and the pool is nice and heated. Nice peaceful walk around town and lots of hikes available nearby. Be wary, the rooms don't have any air conditioning.

The hoteliers service were superb. I think the chained hotels should learn from them. From the moment you reach the station until the day you check out, you felt very warmth, the staffs are attentive and makes you feel very much at home. And they are genuinely happy that you’re staying with them. TBH, I am super glad that managed to book the last room. Thanks Eigerians for giving me an amazing experience for my very first Swiss Alps stay. I will for sure be back someday…. TQVM!

All the right amenities and spacious room. Staff were extraordinarily welcoming, and it was completely convenient for the train. Do eat in the restaurant and be sure to save time for the sauna and relaxation areas

Such a beautiful place to stay, our room was amazing and had a view of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau right in front of us. The pool was great although could be slightly warmer. The sauna area was bliss.

The property is high in the mountains and just lovely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, helpful and kind. Our luggage was picked up at the train depot and delivered to our room without even asking!! The spa area was beautiful and clean. We at dinner at the hotel 2 nights and the food was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Well worth the ride up the 'hill' to get there.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. From the minute we got off the mountain too train there was a porter waiting who seemed to know we were coming to the hotel! The hotel is lovely inside with lots of places to sit and relax and eat or drink. The pool was a big hit for my kids. Breakfast was perfect. And then of course, the setting and views. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

As we travelled around Europe for the summer, Susanna and staff were the most accommodating people we met. Even with sight tweaks to our schedule, they were very understanding and worked with us. The hospitality was above and beyond. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Pairing a great hotel location and view with great customer service is the best you can get. Definitely returning.

We loved our stay at the Eiger Hotel! The facilities, our room, the food and the service were all first class. The sauna and lounging on the deck area was a wonderful way to relax following a day of hiking in the beautiful Alps.

All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious the amenities were wonderful and relaxing. We would recommend this hotel for couples as well as families, lots to do in this little town.

The hotel has amazing view and right outside the train station . Specifically thanks for restaurant staff. Their happy faces definitely brighten our stay. And the dinner and breakfast are great quality . Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice walking trail around.

I can't recommend Hotel Eiger enough! I loved the property and the view from the Junior Suite was incredible! There was a convenient golf cart service waiting to pick us up straight off the train to deliver us and our bags to the front doors of the hotel and then up to the room. The staff was all very helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay and we especially enjoyed and appreciated the bartender, Stefan, for his hospitality and birthday wishes (and drinks) for me! I ate at the restaurant there for my birthday dinner and I will post photos of the meal here. I had the reindeer and we also had the elk. It was all amazing!

Beautiful Room with stunning view of valley and cliffs/mountains. The hotel is right next to the train station which is very convenient. The restaurant/lounge is very nice with excellent food and stunning views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the nights were so quiet.

This room was beautiful and comfortable and in a great location but what makes this hotel special is the staff. Susanna was so incredibly kind and helpful and even opened the shop which was closed to help me find local honey to take home. She told me exactly where to go for a memorable hike with outstanding views and showed me how to access the web cams at Schilthorn. Did I mention that the views from my hotel room balcony were astounding?!? Thank you so much for the most kindness and best hospitality that I received in all of Switzerland ❤️.

Charming Swiss mountain hotel
From meeting us at the train to take our luggage our stay at the Hotel Eiger was superb. Waking up to a vision of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau was device.. The staff made us feel at home from the front desk to the welcoming champagne reception, the cozy dining room for dinner and breakfast buffet. Take it from someone who has visited this area of Switzerland for 57 years, the Hotel Eiger exemplies the quality and genuineness of Swiss graciousness!

I’m comparable Views of the Eiger mountains
From our arrival to departure this was an extraordinarily nice place to stay and the staff was extremely friendly. It is right across from the train station that serves as the only entry into Mürren so aside from walking up stairs is really easy to navigate from the narrow gauge train that runs from the tram stop. The views of the Eiger and its companion mountains is unbelievable, and from our window we also could take in the North face mountains as well. The food was also good. Hiking all around the plateau that overlooks the valley below.

We arrived in beautiful Mürren and popped out of the train station to see the most picturesque town and hotel right before our eyes. The friendly staff checked us in and showed us to our room. We couldn’t believe our Eyes at the view our room had. It was well worth the trip to come to Mürren and to stay at Hotel Eiger

This hotel is top notch. The location is right across from the train. We were happily meet by a porter waiting to take our bags to the hotel for us after a long day of travel. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. All very friendly and accommodating. The food is also very good. The hotel is 3rd generation family owned. Highly recommend.
