Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, and they even sent us a special gift for our anniversary after the reception person happened to ask if there was any special occasion we were celebrating. "We were two female guests staying in a twin room; the hotel is very dated but made it feel traditional and authentic to the city. Hotel was very clean, with option to opt-out of housekeeping in order to donate staff wages to charity, which we thought was great, but fresh towels were available on request too.
