"Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Can hear noise from next room but that’s with most hotels. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was just our room that had this issue."

"The hotel's 24 hour front desk was a great help for our late arrival. When we arrived at 3am, the staff inquired if we needed an extended stay, which is very thoughtful. Staff are friendly. "

"The location cannot be beat. The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, lots of shopping and restaurants, and easy to get around Kowloon and to get over to Hong Kong. Also get the viral Bake House custard tarts 3 blocks from hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the staff are super helpful. "
