"Took a while to find as entrance actually on Shantung St off the corner of Sai YeungnChoi St, right next to the Sharetea. In the heart of Mongkok so very convenient. Was able to check in at 11pm by ringing the caretaker at the desk even though it says after hours check-in is not available. I speak Cantonese so he was very helpful & showed me everything, to my room and how to use everything. There were extra bathroom items at the desk. "Zero signage outside the building, impossible to know where this place is. Had to go up and down the elevators 5 times with our 50 lb suitcases to finally find this place. the elevators were also confusing, you could only go down, and there were no markings on where to go or what floor was what. we finally got there, only to find it smelled terribly like smoke, there was no air conditioning, and the hallway was basically a utility closet. there was noone there when we arrived, noone in the...

"There is cockcroach "

"Convenient area for food, shopping and transportation. Private bathroom and air conditioning however cockroaches in the room. Overall okay experience."

"Size of the room was small but that's normal in Hong Kong, the bathroom was smelly but once we talked to the receptionist they fixed it, we noticed a couple of small cockroaches throughout our over 2 weeks stay so it wasn't that bad. Room service is daily and efficient, and the staff are really nice and helpful, the building might seem intimidating and not the cleanest but the room was good and safe and we don't have anything to complain about, good value for money."
