"Hotel was nice but needs a bit of upkeep. One of shower holds were broken to be had to hold the cord to shower. "

The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok, especially if you want to be close to the main shopping malls. "
