"Staff and location was great. Breakfast was included but they had limited hot options. The rooms were quirky. It was an open concept for the bathroom except for toilet. The shower sits in the open which is strange. The lighting was also poor over the sink as the walls are black and provides little lighting when shaving or putting on makeup. "This hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Barcelona. The staff was extremely friendly and all spoke excellent English. They offered up plenty of information about the gorgeous city and its sites. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. We had the extra cot which really could be considered a twin-size bed. The mattress was comfortable, clean, and smelled wonderful. Front desk staff was able to secure an early check-in time and the room was available immediately. The elevators are a little different as you have to request them on the touch screen outside, but it works to control overcrowding. Check-out was a breeze and they have a wonderful little coffee shop and restaurant with friendly staff in the lobby. "
