Nice hotel close to a big shopping mall.
Our stay there was pleasant, only marred that although we had booked, they were not expecting us.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Quite a distance from nearest beach, but there is a shopping mall right behind the hotel which was very convenient.

Clean hotel and nice rooms!
Very nice hotel! It's clean, the staff is great, the pool is incredible and overall, it's a very nice hotel for the price. Kind of far from the restaurants and the beach, but good location for travelling arouns with a driver.

Nice breakfast!
The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room is clean and tidy and with strong hair dryer!! There is a shopping mall nearby, so we had dinner at the mall (a lot of good restaurants!). Walkable distance (around 15-30 mins) to Kuta beach.

Close to the airport and mall.
Nice hotel. Its close to the airport And walking distance from mall. I love the breakfast buffet too. Very reasonable price. I'll stay in this hotel again.

Initially I was bit disappointed coz the hotel was bit far from the tourist area and the beaches... but later on, the warm hospitality and the comfort provided by hotel made me change my mind....the stuffs were very friendly. Moreover, mall galleria and the hypermart was just connected to the hotel for convenience shopping , food and hangout... I lost some money due to a cheater in a local money changer. The next day , hotel manager Mr koming helped me out, he filed police case. Also asked the hotel transport provider to give me discount on wherever I go ... it was more than a help to me ... for my Next visit to Bali I will definitely choose Harris galleria

Convenient, clean and safe hotel!
It was really nice and clean hotel. The service was amazing! The location was also close to the airport. So it's convenient however, if you want a beach view then it might not be feasible for you. It's a local city view from the balcony. The shopping mall is close by so many things to do there. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

Our stay at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria has been tremendous especially with the friendly staff from Concierge, front office and the bell boy. They display friendliness, well groomed, polite greetings and offered us the hotel facilities more than they should have done. Great staff, well done !!

Hotel experience is all about the great service!
Friendly and dedicated staffs. Room - clean and excellent. View and hotel facilities- great. Closer to Kuta Centre and beach just behind the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Nice hotel, close to DFS.
We stayed in Harris hotel Kuta Galleria for only one night. I booked the hotel online just before flying back to Perth, as I previously stayed in Harris hotel in Seminyak and I was happy about service, price, and facility. We found staff are very polite and well trained. They were flexibly responded our requests. Room was very clean and quiet. I also liked buffet b'fast as there were tasty Indonesian foods that I had never tried. I will probably go back to the hotel when I go to Bali again.

Housekeeping the best. Komang housekeeping manager constantly checked his staff to make sure my 28 day stay was comfortable. Security excellent too! Thank to all the staff and for the free birthday cake!

Quite new hotel on busy road and convenient to airport, but well insulated, so noise is not a problem. Close to large shopping centre. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. Included breakfast had a large choice of Asian and western dishes and was very nice.

The location is good, close to shopping centre and airport. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel is quite new but the sewage smell at bathroom was terrible. Room service is bad. My husband asked for one extra blanket and after 1 hour the reception girl called to say they didn't have any extra available. I called again to ask for it, one guy came and checked our room then finally gave us one. It's just ridiculous to have a hotel that not willing to provide extra blanket to their guests!

Good value for money. Big rooms and quite clean. Neighbourhood is not the nost thrilling, about 30 minutes away from what you would consider the interesting part of Kuta. More of a business hotel.

Location was good for Galleria
Chose this hotel for location next to Galleria for dental/optometrist appointments. Food was pretty good. Rooms good except can hear everything in the hallway which is a problem when group comes back late at night and wakes everyone up.

Best kept secret in Bali! Amazing Price!!
The hotel was brand new. Everything about my stay was excellent. Even the management staff of housekeeping would make special visits and call to my room and ask me if everything was ok. The security of this hotel was amazing too. I felt extremely safe being there alone. A key is required to access all of the floors. They have man security cameras and security staff on the grounds at all time.

Great location, close to shopping mall
The room was clean and spacious. Only thing I couldn't accept was they only gave you one toothbrush for the each night, so for the first night I had to share the toothbrush before the next day when house keeping gave us another one. The toothbrush and toiletries is only 30,000IDR if you purchase it from the hotel, but shouldn't it already be given haha!

Stayed here just for short sleeping becaused we are supposed to go Gili T in the early morning. Pick up staff was very kind and gave warm welcoming. The room itself was not quite same with photos - seemd a little bit old compared with photos - but very good enough to stay for a night at that price.

往復ホテルの送迎を依頼しました。片道だと、15万ルピア往復だと28万ルピアです。空港につくと、ハリスホテルのボードを掲げたスタッフがお出迎え。ホテルの専用車で空港～ホテルまで20分程度（2016年12月29日）　ホテルに着くとウェルカムドリンクをいただきましたが、何とも言えない甘さ。ガムシロップを飲んでいるみたい(苦笑） 部屋はバルコニーもあり、1人で使うには十分の広さです。 ホテルは寝に帰るだけだけど、清潔でセキュリティ面も安全、ちょっとした買い物も徒歩圏内で行けるという希望を全て叶えてくれるので、私みたいな旅行スタイルの方にはおススメです。 年末年始ということもあり、夜間に少々中国人の方が賑やか過ぎたのがちょっと気になったくらいです・・・ でも、総合評価は〇なので、またリピートしたいと思えるホテルです。

패밀리룸을 이용했는데 깨끗하고 편하고 좋았습니다. 사진보다 더 좋았어요~ 직원들도 모두 친절하고 조식도 만족했습니다. 다만 수영장이 작아서 아이들이 사용하기에 적당하더군요. 가격대비 대단히 만족스러웠습니다. 위치는 꾸따비치까지 도보 30분 걸리더군요.

The great value is its location. This hotel is just next of "Mal Bali Galeria". There is a small door secured by hotel room key near the hotel's swimming pool. Using this door, you can go parking lots of Mal Bali Galeria, very easily. This is amazing and great value to stay there for the last night in Bali.
