Please treat this comment as information: I wish I knew before I booked This hotel is not suitable for someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep at night. It is next to the bars and clubs. Nights can be very noisy and uncomfortable. If you are looking for a party place and don't mind a noisy neighbourhood then it is perfect. Location of the hotel is good, close to many restaurants(budget/local) and malls Rates are cheap. Rooms are okay for the price. Things that are not good Internet signals were not reaching in my room TV had only 2 English channels and the sound of those channels dropped after two days. TV screen smaller than my "laptop" Congested room

Rats!! Worn out hotel
There's rat run beside the staircase..We have booked 2 standard rooms but 2 rooms bed got bugs, old pillows, wall paint drop off..Then we request for Deluxe room but still towel got stain, shower soap bitten by rat, tissue roll not enough..Banned for this hotel, no more next time!!

Needs some replacement and repaint
This is the fourth time to book in the hotel and I always requested a specific room in the GF. But seems there is a need to repaint a portion of the wall that looks not good. Towels likewise need to replace. One towel provided to me shows some holes already. The bad part of my stay this time the foot towel was unchanged and it seems used for many times since both parts looks untidy.

Very basic friendly staff
Room very basic with no windows which was a bit claustrophobic. Air con worked. Smelt damp but overall clean. Good that bfast was included. Staff friendly an helpful.

Totally different from what they advertise!!
I feel quite cheated by the picture. Judging from the garden picture that they put up online, people will think that it is a quiet place but actually it is surrounded by pubs. It is so noisy at night to the point that I can't sleep. The service is poor too. No housekeeping for the period of 6 night stay there at all. For breakfast, every single morning I have to wait for the staff to check with the counter if I can have the breakfast although my package include breakfast. The worst is on the last day of stay, they said I am not entitled for breakfast. They have a poor system to manage their hotel.

OK Budget Hotel
Everything is basic given the price level - room, comfort level, cleanliness, service. This is expected. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Only things unexpectedly better are the breakfast and the lady who serves breakfast. She is welcoming, helpful, polite and full of smiles. Guys in reception are cold and not client friendly.

Its actually a nice place to stay its just that the cleanliness of the room especially the bedsheet and the blanket has stain on it which makes me feel uncomfortable. The hotel management should look into this matter.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. Reason is the room was small with basic amenity. The bed was just next to the toilet. Have some kind of fear that someone might knock on your door in the night. Because of the location, not advisable for families with children. To improve on the breakfast.

Don't stay here. The guy at the front desk, who also seemed like the manager was very rude, the only thing he didn't do was yell at us during check in. He also hung up the phone on me when I called to inform them that we would be checking in late at night. The rooms weren't that clean, very small, so was the bathroom. Towels were old and stained. One night's stay was enough at this place, actually too much. The only good thing about here was the location.

Great location and nice hotel room
We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast wasn't much but it was ok. Other reviews talked about how loud their stay was but we didn't have any problems with noise (there were a few loud guests in the middle of the night but we can't blame the hotel for them walking by our room). The hotel is in a great area, the room is comfy, the A/C works great and the staff is nice.

Best of the Best
I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. It's location and staff makes it so perfect. Miss Sasha and Mr Jahangir helped me with everything possible. They are so friendly and welcoming. It's a home away from home. I'm not just in love with the city but also in love with this hotel and people. Everything was beautiful. I'm definitely staying in this hotel again.

This was my second stay. I always believe giving people second chance so I decided to stay again. But the staff and their behavior still as terrible as before. Although I book 1 month in advance and I paid in full as my flight was early in the morning so I paid from previous day so that I do not have to worry about my room but as usual like last time they sold the room to someone else and wants to give me single room although I paid for deluxe room and paid from previous night. So my advise to you, if you want to spoiled your holiday or work than stay in this hotel. If not stay away from it. Horrible staff and rude behavior.

Cheap and you get what you pay for
Reception is staffed 24/7 but at 5:30am they refused to call a taxi to get us to the airport which was very disappointing. Instead they told us to walk around the block to find a taxi. WiFi takes about 15mins to connect to but once connected it doesn't drop out. Upside is its cheap for the location but you definitely only get what you pay for and nothing more.

I booked 2 room in advance but when I reached at hotel on 31st Dec 2015 was told no room. Send us to another dirty filthy hotel. Hotel that is clearly catered for prostitution together with other customers. As we booked in advance it was cheaper and that's the reason when they got some expensive booking because of last minute so they didn't give us room as I checked with some customers. So I suggests if you don't want to spoiled your holiday do not book here.

Not sure who was to blame, we booked with the pay on arrival option & checked in at 1 AM. Guess they assumed we weren't coming and our room was gone. They gave us a room in a super seedy miserable hotel called 33 something!! We HATED our room, changed it twice and chafed our sheets twice, hardly slept. The next morning we went back to V'La and were given a room which again was very bad. I have no idea why all their sheets were that dirty & the pillow cases torn. They promised it was all washed but then!!!! The staff however were super accommodating & I don't think they could do anything else to help. Well, I'll be very wary now on with payment options on Hotels.Com.

The reception r excellent.This "jahangir" guy really helpfull & nice. The garden at the lobby really make me feel relaxing even it's located in a really crowded spot. For those who really like night life...there's a lot arround this area. The room size,really worth it 4the money I pay. Overall I found it excellent compare 2the price I pay.....
