The staff at the front desk was not helpful the room was dirty. I will not recommend nor stay at another one of these hotels.

1) Foul smell with the mini fridge due to leftover food left by previous tenant. 2) Wonder do they do any housekeeping beforehand. The floor is super dirty. They only mop the floor after we requested. 3) Toilet flush is not working despite coming into the room to rectify the fault at three different occasions. I know I can't expect much since i paying peanuts for the room. However I hope all these basic housekeeping are required to be taken care of.

Improvement needed
The management have to change it. Room is wet and dirty and I'm checked in the first room. Immediately request for room move but not friendly to move for me. Location is nice because next to shopping area. Pillow is not comfortable and the hot water hard to control when shower.

Walking distance to shopping area
The hotel location is very good. Just one minutes walk from the MTR. But room not too similar to The photo show at website. The wardrobe door is broken and the broken door just leave IT next the wardrobe. The whole room only have one electrcity socket. Other is Okay. Worth to stay

Nice location and friendly staff
The hotel located in city center, convenient go to few famous places such as Pavilion, KLCC, sungai Wang. Perfect location and friendly staff. The worst things are the refrigerator and the pillows. Better replace them.

Hotel with Good location
The only thing good about this hotel is it's location. Walking distance to shopping centre and many eating places. The room is old and the television signal is bad. Wifi also not working well. Conditions of the room needs improvement.

Cleanliness 4/5 For the first night of my stay of the King Size Bedroom, the room is not really sound proof but heard very little noise from the corridor, compared to my friend's room at level 1 staying in the 2 single bedroom. One of the windows of my room couldn't shut and spoiled, was woken up in the morning because the sound of surroundings due to the window not able to fully shut. Was given a change of room the next day with queen size bed which is alright for me to stay for the next 2 nights, also a half price for next visit to this hotel.

Room was so small that the toilet door cannot open fully. Handle on the toilet door damaged. Room was very noisy at night due to middle eastern belly dancing night club a few doors down.

Great location and comfortable
Really good overall and conveniently located a couple minutes walk from the monorail. Only downside was the rudely loud people every night (as late as 4am) on my floor... can't blame it on the hotel but still annoying

Terrible overall
The bath was leaking, the airco produced a a smell of mald and the towels were full of stains. Told the reception I wanted another room, but that wasn't possible. Next day we would get another room if maintenance couldn't get it fixed. Later there was no room available again. The reception got a cab for us and told it was 100 RM, paid the reception, but the driver had the meter on and that showed less than 70 RM. Terrible hotel, don't go there!!

1. Room service was not performed on time by staff. there is one time when we go back hotel. it is not cleaned up. 2. power supply plug is too little. only 1 is available for mobile phone charging. this is not good for couple if 2 mobile phone have to be charged at the same time. 3. The gap or space between the bed and bath room door is very tight. The door can't even be opened widely. 4. Toilet bowl - the flush button is not working properly. I did not report this as it has been fixed by myself.

Stay was good, counter staff is polite and friendly. Room is generally clean. Hotel Managament should emphasize strictly on non-smoking in the room policy. I can smell cigarette from my room, flow thru the aircon vetilation, even though I have requested for a non smoking room/floor.

Is a really good place for a base in central KL.
Admittedly I didn't spend my entire trip here, as I was spending half my time in KL and half my time in Selangor, but it was a really good base for the time when I was based in KL. It's located just off Bukit Bintang around the corner from Fahrenheit 88, and so it's close to all the shopping that's available on Bukit Bintang and a few minutes walk away from the Pavillion shopping complex. Also, from within the Pavillion complex you can take the walkway to Petronas Twin Towers and most importantly, to the Suria KLCC train station - the walkway will get you there in about 5 minutes.

pleasant calm on a busy street
spent a couple of nights with my wife towarda the end of our week long holiday. it's easy to find, just down the alley of Fahrenheit 88 mall (across pavillion mall). plenty of arabian night life around. 5 minutes walk to the near monorail station. the room is give a romantic ambiance for couples. staff are mainly filipinos no english is not a problem. can be a little small if you have a lot of luggage. bathroom is great for cheap hotel. room had no window but not a big problem. room not so sound proof. you could hear people walking around the hall. parking should be arrangable with the hotel if you're driving there.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient, clean
Bed was super comfortable and I loved the bathtub. It was a little weird to not have windows but I knew that when I booked, and it made the room super dark and quiet at night. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is perfect, lots to see and do and plenty of great food. It's an Arab neighborhood, lots of food choices. Don't miss the food court underneath Lot 10 shopping center, that's where you get the best prices and the most Asian food choices (Chinese, Korean, Malaysian, etc)
