沒完工的旅店
尚未完工的舊翻新旅店，電視不能看、網路在房間不能用、感應門卡故障要用鑰匙開門、公共空間幾天都沒清掃。沒有電梯，房間沒有窗戶，浴室牆面與全部地板都是只在水泥上刷油漆，冷氣會滴水......大概只有地段不錯吧。

舊、故障多、未完成
這是一家舊旅店「雙龍旅店」翻修而來，基本上根本還沒完成：（1）每個房間都有電視機但都不能收看；（2）網路只有在一樓收訊好；（3）地板、浴室牆壁都是在水泥面上刷上亮光油漆，且油漆味仍重；（4）走道等公共空間根本都沒在打掃，第一天看到的垃圾、死蟑螂，到三天後退房時都還在；（5）我們入住的三人房沒有窗戶，感應門鎖故障，要另外用鑰匙開門。
