When you look close it’s a little rough around the edges. But, it’s a great location, the self check in went without a hitch and the convenience store is great. I’d stay again.

Bad choice
Nobody contacted me before my trip. I must call to the owner of the apartment from the front desk, but I haven't a phone. Check-in was very bad. WiFi inside the unit just work few hours, after this it doesn't work anymore. Nobody to contact, nobody help at the front desk.

Very clean apartment Can view twin tower from the balcony Love the location as it’s only 10 mins walk to the twin Towers Will definitely come back

The location was great. Just have one feedback. They could provide a soap near the sink to wash hands. Otherwise everything was just perfect

施設はgood.システムに問題有。
施設はとてもきれいで広く、モノレールの駅にも近く便利です。 問題は、システムです。アパートメントタイプですのでフロントチェックインではなく事前にオーナーからセキュリティナンバーなどのチェックイン方法がメールで連絡されるのですが、モバイル環境が悪かったりwifiがつながらなかったりすると全く方法が分かりません。私たちの場合、オーナーの連絡先とチェックイン方法が分かったのはなんと当日の午前中です。それも、ホテルズドットコムに国際電話をかけてやっと連絡先が分かった状態です。今思い出してもぞっとします。部屋にコンセントのアダプタを忘れてしまい確認してもらえるようSNSで連絡しましたが、返事はありません。あと、プールは隣のホテルのプールを使用する感じです。
