I hate this place. The room was not cleaned on the second day when we were out shopping. We came back to the room not tidied and cleaned up. And they had the cheek to charge $120 cleaning fee up front?
The security outside kept chasing us away when we parked our car and tried checking in on the first day and checking out on the last day..
The amenities however worked on the room.. Only some small broken stuff like switches etc..
The gentleman- Mr Ronald that met us when the checking in was very polite, friendly n clear with all the instructions abt the property. . Plus the location of the apartment is great. Will booked n recommend this property .
Good customer service and I have a pleasure stay. I take down a star for cleanliness only due to floor quite dusty. Others, overall, top condition.

On the second day of our stay the rooms were not cleaned. During checking in the agent told us when checking out we could leave the room access keys and the car park RFID pass on the room after we have driven our car out of the car park. He also said that we could park our car temporarily at the front of the suite for 5 minutes.When I had driven out of the car park and decided to park my car for 5 minutes in front of the soho building I was told I could not do so. The security personnel warned that mycar will be clamped. I told them I only need to go back to my room to put the RFID card and will be down in less than 5 minutes. They refused. Luckily there was an officer who happened to be there and guided me to park temporarily at the entrance of the car park. It shows that there is no proper coordination between various departments. My stay can be said unpleasant and I will not recommend anyone to book this suites.

The initial unit assigned did not meet the preferences as per booked. Nevertheless, the host was accommodating and assigned another unit. However, the unit is not suitable for a family of four since there is only 1 bathroom. The staff (Ronald) was very helpful and friendly. He periodically checked on us and his response was always quick.
I had issues checking in as there was no one to attend us. While checking in they had no idea how to barge my card. I was told that they were holding my card for the deposit where as they actually charged my account. They charged RM 100 for cleaning and yet there wer cockroaches and ants in the room. I want to checkout and I am sitting in their office for the last three hours because the staff does not know how to return my card charges which they accidently out in sales. I will never recommend this suites to anyone. The fact that I am spending the last few hours of my holiday arguing with them and proving that they had actually charged my account, the management is not ready they accept their mistake. They have no courtesy and do not understand how much you inconvenience they are putting their customer into. This is a bad reflection on Expedia for selling this stay to me. Seems both Aloha and Expedia are responsible for me and my family’s inconvenience. When I am writing this review I do not know how much more time will it take to refund the wrong charges and I have a flight to catch in few hours.

Good location of hotel
Very convinient to city areas, but hotel has no facilities. Aloha staffs are kind and friendly too
