Rusty trash bins, White towels with brown stains ( Guess they were not washed) No slippers very dissorganized. Do not be deceived by the way it look in the pics

Keep shoes on!
Check-In was smooth. Place is a dump. When I opened the door a giant roach was on the pillow. Room was filthy. Felt like I was in a 4th world ghetto. 100% do not clean rooms after each guest.

This is in the Bangladesh area, nice locals..
No facilities in the room...not even a kettle or small fridge.. Very cramped space in the room, no hot water... Do not go at Ramadan time! They didn’t even have breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included in our booking.. grudgingly gave us bread and jam..

An enjoyable stay.
Perfect location in Bukit Bintang area,literally few steps away from the whole bunch of stores and eateries.Also,the KL Tower,the Convention Centre and the famous Petronas Towers are within 15-20 mins walk.The hotel itself is very nice,quiet and accommodating.The staff is nice and helpful.A little bite and a coffee/tea for breakfast.Room is small but nice,the bed comfortable,AC plus TV in a room.Water tank at every floor.

Great Staff. Very friendly and accomodating.
The rooms are small but the price reflects that. I just needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights and the staff were super friendly and eager to please. Location is great too. Only a 5 minute walk to the Jalan Anor restaurants, bars and shops.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't be fooled by the rate. It doesn't worth it. They charged me 500 Malaysian Rengit more for bringing a guest for one only night. It smelled so bad and the room size is so small that you can't even walk in your room.

Nice staff, bad hotel
We were allocated this hotel on a mystery deal and it was not suited to us. The room was small, dirty and lacked most of the basic ammenities. No kettle in room. Bed linen and towels have certainly seen their day about two years ago. The shower, which is wall mounted in the middle of the bathroom had nothing to hold the head of the shower so it was difficult to shower without someone holding the shower head for you. PVC pipes were exposed in bathroom, drain hole for water was full of hair, scum and toilet paper. The window glass was filthy. It is a halal hotel so no alcohol was allowed on site. Breakfast is very basic, but edible.
Bathroom that's the shower in the middle with shower head hanging down the wall, holder broken.

Dirty looking grey tired linen that comes off the bed while you sleep cause sheets aren't filled.

The room was okay. There was no coffee, towels, water. Check in was so slow. Reception was kind of blur. Parking is very limited, and has been using by the hotel staff itself. Quite bad.

Nice hotel near to jalan alor
Nice hotel,hotel personnels are friendly and near to shopping malls and eateries in jalan alor but the room they gave me was bad. Leaking a/c, beddings are not that clean and the room smells like cigarette.

This hotel was an interesting experience. The interior of the place could use a serious refreshing, but it was clean enough. It reflects the price, to be honest. The breakfast was meager, but enough for the early morning pick-me-up. The all-male staff is wonderful, as they truly seem to care about the clients and their needs. For the price, you won't get much, but what you do get is fine. Plus, it is walking distance to Jalan Alor, the food street, so that is an added bonus.

SUPER location, I mean it! Rooms are small, AC tho hot shower! ... Breakfast was waiste getting up for, couldn't even get black coffee, sadly! But location is central n walking distance for restaurants, shopping n some sites! Also bus n skytrain rght next door. Guys were helpful at front desk, yet I had to lecture them for moving my things without my consent to an other room... They must have had a blast carrying my soaking underwear ... Ehe!

My second stay at Al Jafs and it's a good experience. I requested for a room wih windows. I was given the room with windows, exactly what I wanted to have.

Nice 2 Star hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
Al Jafs Hotel is a a 2 Star hotel providing comfort, safety, security, and relaxing accommodation on top of a fair rate for it's room price compared to other budget or 2-3 stars accommodation. Clean towels and hotel amenities were provided. I love that water dispenser with hot/cold water refill! Guests have free, clean and unlimited water supply not just 2 bottles provided. Fast internet connection inside the rooms! The location is also excellent very near Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang ( the Golden Triangle ), and 15 minutes walk to Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast is fine too, a good deal for the rate paid per night. Staffs are excellent, check in and check out process is very fast hassle-free transaction especially using a credit/debit card. I highly recommend this nice hotel for it's location and accommodation, all tourist spots, shopping streets, hawker-styled eateries, rows of pubs and cafes, and entertainment are among the highlights that you can reach easily from Al-Jafs Hotel. I had a good stay and would highly recommend this nice 2 Star budget hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely when I am back in Kuala Lumpur, I will stay in this hotel again. I checked some places in the area and this was the best. Almost perfect clean, great service, the staff is very nice and helpfull, the rooms are good size (other hostels or cheap hotels are incredible small) and it's in a great location. The best option with the best price.

We had arrived early and were staying from 1000h - 1600h this information was given prior to arrival, the cost 85 MR (more than advertised) and no part day fee offered they requested payment up front, however did not have 5MR change, but promised it to me in the morning. After tea out I was informed the hotel was smoke free I had specifically requested a smoking room, this was only told to me after more than 3 hours. The room, very small and you can hear every room around you, from one we heard, room shower, TV and door closing 4-5 all night. We were given 1 key when I left the hotel; this left the wife in the dark and no TV as the key operates the power. The breakfast consisted of Chicken nuggets on toast and tea or coffee, the staff looked bored, I was within 15 mins of breakfast closing and washed my own plate as none were available. The 5MR was never given to me. The reason for Communication being the issue is I requested Smoking and check in/out times with detailed contact numbers, there was no communication. Disappointing last night in Malaysia.

Good location!!
This place is less than 200 m. to the main street of Bugis Bitang. Mc Donald's is only 5 mins walk from this hotel. The service is really good. We arrived around 9.00 pm from the taxi with many bags and a stroller. There is a security guard came to help us with those. I cann't find any small hotel with excellent service like this. Thank you.

Not bad at all. Central location and an excellent budget price. The breakfast is mediocre at best, although not so bad if you get there early when the food is fresh. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and cheerful. If you want somewhere cheap and central it is well worth considering this p lace.

It was not easy for my taxi driver to locate this hotel. When we entered the room, it was tiny.. with no windows.. no iron.. only shampoo and shower foam.. The worst part was there were so many ants inside the room! I mean big ones!! It was exhausting to clear up the room from all those ants!!!
