We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. This was our second stay and we would recommend this hotel to others. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and did their best to meet our needs. We were looking for connecting rooms for our party of 6 and they were able to find a good solution that matched our needs.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Fast check-in & check-out. Rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was clean & nicely designed. Lovely sink basin. Large closet can fit 2 carry ons & a couple of backpacks. Room to hang quite a bit of clothing like coats, jackets, sweaters & tops. Slippers & small safe provided for use. Bed was comfortable. Very good thermostat. Blackout curtains blocked out light very efficiently. Adequate lighting functions. Housekeeping was very thorough, efficient & friendly. Refrigerator interior was rather small. Cannot open the windows. Only top drawer was available to use on a dresser which looked like there were 2 drawers. Bottom drawer couldn't be opened. Same for drawer under coffee maker. No face towels.

The hotel was very clean, our rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with many restaurant nearby and the metro was about a 5 minute walk so that was convenient. The view is not going to blow you away and the only other problem I had was one of the rooms had a clogged drain so when showering the water was at my ankles, other than that I enjoyed my stay.

5 minutes walk to Subway in the center of HK. Easy to get to HK island, and rest of Kowloon. Great congee restaurant 2 minutes away. Coin laundry 5 minutes away. Room was adequate but no coffee maker. We asked to switch to a different room after one night, and stayed another 4 nights. Staff was very accommodating.

This hotel was convenient for our needs. Walking distance to the ferry & The Harbour. Lots of restaurant & shopping options nearby. We ate at the breakfast buffet one morning & we’re not impressed by the quality or choice of food so didn’t eat there again. The public areas are limited. No comfortable place to just hang out in the morning.

Stayed for nearly 3 weeks and everything is perfect. Service staff was good and the room is clean and big. Very near to all the eateries and mtr. Very convenient to go everywhere. Only downside is they can’t even extend the check out time for half an hour.

Service was good right from the start. The gentleman at the front desk - can’t remember his name (Andy/ Abby) was efficient and polite. The room attendants were polite and greeted me whenever they see me. Room was awesome with views of the city. Been to this hotel long long time ago and so glad they refurbished and it was better than ever.
