VERY DISSATISFIED
-It was 13 degrees in HK and the room can't be warm up. We booked two nights and the second night we stayed somewhere else instead. -very dusty, curtain with stain -blanket with bad smell -Whole thing is filthy and old -completely different than picture -I used to stay in other hotel in TST but it was overbooked so I choose this one and the one I stayed has only 3 stars but this one is 3.5,however it was completely the opposite if compare to condition and service.

Great location, big rooms (for hk), good place for the money. Right across the street is my favorite Indian restaurant, just walk through the little pharmacy and go upstairs

Good location in Kowloon, close to MTR and other transport, convenience stores, restaurants, shops and more. Short walk to waterfront. Our room had an excellent view of Kowloon Bay and we could see the light show. Hotel overall is slightly dated and shabby, but it was comfortable enough and clean. Receptionist on check in didn't seem to care too much, but staff interactions after that were much better.

Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous throughout our entire stay, especially the doorman. The rooms were also very clean...would definitely recommend and come back again if I am in the area.

Receiptionist was not patient to answer my questions. Room smell moldy, I had to lower AC temperature to clear out the smell. Floor is wet after taking shower. Not recommend if you want to have better qualify stay.

It's a good budget hotel....good location as well
The service is good. The hotel staff are good on average though the front desk staff are rude. The rooms are too small and no option even for breakfast..the location is very good

Location is good. Room is comfy. Suitable for single since there is one door to serve both toilet and bathroom though they are separated and there’s no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom.

A good, basic stay in TST. As with all area hotels, the rooms are a bit snug and things can get a bit noisy on the weekend nights but you're in such close walking distance to so many fantastic sights, its still a great value!
