It is located on the 17th floor of the Chuking mansion building, that has many other guesthouses. If you have a booking, do not respond to anyone outside the building if they ask you if you're in search of a guesthouse.
Pro: It can be easily reached via public transit. From Airport, take Airport express train to Kowloon station and then K3 shuttle to Holiday Inn, from there it is about 150m walk. Lots of shops to buy basic needs and asian eateries on the ground floor. The private rooms are neat, safe and quiet; Towels, slippers, telephone, a safe and a fridge are provided. The hotel staff are polite.
Cons:
The building is very old and cramped. Only one small elevator goes to the 17th floor and the waiting time can be as long as 30 mins !! Nothing about this guesthouse is spacious, the washroom, especially, is illogically small. Plan to stay with only a handbag or two. Drinking water is not in the room!! It is available in the common/reception area. A small geyser heats water for bath, after a while the water is merely warm.
