Mix experience
Take A2 exit @ Mong Kok MTR to reach the hotel. Many types of rooms available based on who do you travel with (Disabled/spouse/family). Housekeepers are good & clean. Toiletries & bottled water are provided daily. Hotel situated away from the busy hub which is good. Hotel room furnitures are old. We have to climb up the stairs to reach the “ mini lobby”. Hotel staff are rude, NO manners, impolite which reflects most hongkies.

No to European standards
Clean and well located hotel for shopping and travelling. If you are over 5'5" the beds are going to be a challenge for you! Well decorated and many restaurants and bars around.

If you really have to...
The local area where the front door is a little run down. What you should absolutley know is that you have carry all of your own luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator- they do not help you. There is ONE photo that suggests that you have to go up stairs but it is not clearly stated that it is necessary to grt to your hotel. The room is clean enough tho the room is very small. This is expected but it so tiny!! The beds are super close together if you have two beds. If you are just sleepijg here its fine. Just know you have to carry your own luggage to the elevator.

Budget Classy
Hotel quality stay was damped by the high noise level of almost 24 hours ongoing passing by public buses, coaches and heavy vehicles. Location was quite out of way with 10mins walk to either Mongkok station or Olympian City station. Room size was pretty small and I even hurt my leg by hitting against the bed edge due to limited moving space.

Small clean comfortable hotel stay
Price are still low in summer time, which is a thumbs up! In Hong Kong, small is expected already, so no complain, it is clean and comfortable, washroom surprisingly large comparing to the small room. The tea smell in the hotel lobby is nice~

Check in is quick. But room is too small. Noise from the street can be heard in lower floor rooms. However, there are only stairs from ground floor to mezzanine, and those with heavy luggage will find it hard.

Good Hotel within walking distance from station
The room was spacious by HK standards. The hotel is located in the urban area but it is within walking distance to Mongkok station(about 10mins). Lots of food stall nearby as well.

Nice hotel. Near Mongkok Area :)
I'm so happy with my stay in this hotel. It's just that there's no lift from ground floor going to the reception area which if you have heavy baggage, you really need to be strong to carry your heavy luggage through the stairs going up on their reception area.

No elevator from 1st floor to lobby front desk. I had to carry my luggage and walked to the long stairs. The hallway light is dim, made me feel very uncomfortable. The room is also dark. Bed is OK. Water in the shower was going very slow. The staffs were nice. I cacelled my return hotel stay and booked another hotel two blocks away from here.

we love the location because it gets us to places within 30minutes. It is close to airport and also can go to disneyland easily, can go to ladies market, can walk to 2 different MTRs and have food and cafes near by. Simple and clean rooms with 2 bottles of water given daily..

Fine for short stay
Good location for short stay near to Mongkok station with excellent connections to all areas of Hong Kong. The room is small but clean and comfortable with double bed. Good sized ensuite bathroom with powerful hot shower. Facilities include television, kettle and good wifi connection.

most affordable hotel in the area
Smaller hotel than others, but very professional staff and clean rooms. Know others who stayed in Hong Kong that went on a cruise paid over $100 for a similar hotel. If you are taking a cruise, this is not the hotel near the new terminal.

Location was really good - close to good shopping centers, Mongkok station and bus stop with buses heading to the airport. However, the room was clean but was really cramped. We didn't even have the floor space where we can unpack our bags! Just make sure you come down for breakfast quite early - although they say breakfast is available til 10 am, food runs out quickly and they don't replenish!

The hotel is in Mongkok where you have the night market, but HK is no longer a place with good shopping. We constantly lugged our bags up the stairs and only found out there was an elevator, on the last day of our stay. There was really no staff or service, and the room was filthy.

Nice lil hotel
Had a 7 day stay here and it was better than expected after first reading the reviews. This hotel is located between 2 main MTR train stations which is very convenient. Also can get here easliy by train from the airport express and 1 transfer. I got a cheap room, so I'm not complaining about the small size. It was fine for 2 ppl, and I did not need to 'hang out' in the room since I'm here to check out the city. The bathroom was roomy and clean. It also had daily bfast which was the same thing everyday so you can get bored of it, but you want to go out for dim sum anyway in HK. Everything was quick with the staff, chk-in/out took a minute only. The AC was cool and had a nice view from windows. The area is not shady at all, and full of shops nearby. Quick walk to Mong Kok central.

Good bargain but services can be improved
The room is very small but clean. The location is not bad if you know the road to the MRT. It is also not far away from Mong Kok. However, the services from staffs can be improved. In addition, the booking list said there is wifi in the room. but actually there was not wifi in the room.

No in-room internet
Felt cheated by the misleading keyword "free internet access". Turns out free internet access is only available in the lobby which was about the size of the hotel bathroom and can fit about 3-5 people depending on your size and whether you mind sharing a chair. If you wanted internet access in your room this is not the hotel for you.
