"Love the eco friendliness of the hotel that really cuts plastic in the provision of amenities within the room such as the toiletries and even not providing plastic bottled drinks but instead a glass jar and guests can have drinking water from a hygiene certified water dispenser located outside the corridor of the rooms. Thumbs up for conserving the planet’s resources. Rooms are clean and lovely, partly it’s pretty new. Also with Mid Valley shopping mall jus located downstairs the hotel, it’s the perfect place to eat and shop too. We even managed to catch a movie in the mall. Will definitely stay again for short trips to JB in the future. "

"First room they assigned me, the aircon was not working very well and there was no minibar. So, I asked to upgrade to another room with a better aircon and with a minibar at an extra cost of RM120. Stay was very comfortable after that. "

"So far this is is like my 4-6 stay here and it always give me the perfect vibes and peaceful stay for me. Loving everything during my stay and staff is very kind too! If you are looking to have a quiet and less chaotic place to stay,this is the perfect place for you. And it’s very near to the checkpoint too which is super convenient "

"Best hotel in JB… worth paying a bit more for the comfort and convenience. Traffic can be a bit rough but it’s not an issue with Grab cars easily available. "
