Location was decent for getting around via Grab. Fairly close to hawker centres and shopping. The room itself had an interesting configuration, and was stained everywhere - markings on doors, walls, mildew in the bathroom, unclean surfaces in the kitchen and bedroom floor. The bedspread had a few stains, but otherwise the sheets and pillows were fine. The pool had no towels or lounge chairs. The breakfast was boring and underwhelming given the hotel price point.

Our room was not as good as what was shown before when I made the reservation. Also it was kind of worn-out especially the walls and the bath room door. The electric kettle was so dirty that the dirt was found at the bottom. The toilet plate seemed to be stepped by someone before as there were dirts on it.

I felt cheated by the claim there is the fully equipped kitchen. There is no knife, no chopping board, no detergent, no cleaning cloth, no scoring/sponge to wash up, no tea towel, no drying cloth. I cannot cook at all. I asked for cleaning pad/cloth and was told to us face tissue to clean the frying pan. What a joke. I chose the hotel because I needed the kitchen for special diet preparation. The floor of the bedroom had 1 cm gaps between plastic floor board and I can see and smell rotting materials underneath them. The central air-con provided us with free cigarette smoke! It was very uncomfortable. The air-cond in the bedroom side was so noisy that we had to turn it off when we sleep. The traffic noise kept us up until late at night when we are at the 13th Floor. The gym at the roof level has no air-cond and is that meant to be usable? I would not go into the pool which is not that clear and the noise of the pump next to it is loud. Last but not least is the terrible terrible terrible breakfast. It is vegetarian. I asked for an egg and was told I need to pay RM2 for it. Hotel receptionist is not good in English/helpful . There are only 2 seats neat the lift lobby from which one cannot see the entrance of the hotel. There is no lobby or seats for guests to wait for the car/grab. All in all, it is like a cheap motel with things which were meant not to work. I regretted choosing it. It is probably the worst hotel I stayed ever in the far east.

Reception staffs were very helpful and polite in answering our enquiries. They provide prompt response to our room services request. Hotel room beds were clean, tidy and comfortable. Hotel room with open kitchen and cooking utensils which good for self cooking. But the hotel room refrigerator electricity supply shall be cutoff automatically after guest leave the room. Hence the refrigerator is not suitable for storing food not consume immediately. Hotel room tea bags not daily refilled after used up. Kitchen table and associated kitchen sink not clean up daily. Wide variety and tasty breakfast. Dinning area was clean and comfortable.

The pool and upstairs area was nice, and the view from our room was great. However we had a dripping air conditioner which did eventually get sorted, and the room was very cold. We couldn't adjust the aircon from anything above freezing.

Stayed in so many hotels around the world. From a one star to five stars hotels, it do not matter if you, yourself feel comfortable. But, this place, this is truly 'sh.t'. I flew all the from UK to spend time with the ' apple of my eye' and to arrange our marrige. I grew up here but was born in UK. So i know this place very well. Privacy, cleanliness, friendly staff is crucial in any establishment. I am afraid, one will find none in this hotel. Sad to see, my own kind, in such shameful ways. Booked for five nights, but checked out in two. I cloud'nt even be bothered about a refund. Would like to say more, but.........let them bring thier own downfall.

Very hard beds and pillows, reception staff who had poor english, erratic wi-fi, ran out of local beer, advertised special drinks that they had always “run out of”, very small pool, no shady trees to relax under, hard wooden sun lounges, uncomfortable tables and chairs at poolside, very few bar snacks, poor bar service at pool, ran out of French fries, delivered cold bar food. Three days of access to pool via back stairs as they had conferences in the room that was the usual way up to the pool. Conference delegates crowded onto the pool deck for their lunch, smoking and leering at pool guests, no furniture for hotel guests. One hotel guest was denied service at the bar due to a conference until he complained and the manager ensured he could get a drink! Reception staff who took details of my credit card when they had no right to do so. They expected upfront payment of the tourist tax even though the govt website said it was to be collected upon check out. Just got the sense that the hotel guests were not as important as the conference delegates, many guests we spoke to agreed with this. Th

Almost Luxurious
When we arrived, our Uber squeezed into the tight driveway. We arrived at 8am and wanted to leave our luggage with the hotel, as we understood that check-in was not until 2pm. The staff appeared unhappy as they seemed to think we wanted to check-in. Once we'd come back later in the day, there was confusion amongst the multitudes of staff at the front desk. They did not appreciate me checking the document they wanted me to sign, nor that I crossed off the "Mr." they had in front of "Mr. Michelle". Our bags were taken up with us in the trolley, by the bell-boy (bell-man). The three elevators seemed fast enough. Our room was apartment-sized. There was a kitchen area, living area and spare bedroom. Three air con units in total. For such a large place, it would have been great had they included a washing machine in the room. The kitchen cupboards were completely empty, so I doubt anyone would actually cook. But laundry is a different story. There is an adjoining door between the main bedroom and the bathroom. This can add in a bit of extra fun to the stay. The buffet breakfast is not just vegetarian - don't trust the Lonely Planet. It was actually very yummy. WiFi is good, but you'll need to login again if you disconnect. There is a nice rooftop pool/bar. Our room could have done with a forensic clean. The couch had blood stains and other mystery stains, there was a hand-print on the wall, and we found four jigsaw pieces and a tissue in the side of the couch.

They have 2/3 bedroom apartment which can stay with family members/friends. Utensils for cooking ready for those wanna cook instead of having meals outside. Near with Imago Shopping Mall & others mall too.
