Old hotel and not properly maintain, cockroaches running around in the room, bath gel emptied, carpet with mouldy smell. Front desk service is horrible and wifi is super lousy. The only saving grace is the location but I will never stay in this hotel again.

There is no hot water for shower at night and the next morning..should improve it in future
Sound proof system of the room is quite poor, and we can hear next doors loud and clear.
And the power supply is quite inconsistent... believe it or not, we had a power failure at 6am and the power did not get back for about 2 - 3 hours in a hot and humid day!
Stupid staff!! And worst hotel. Book by expedia, paid online, then my fmly go check in. They ask for payment again. So DOUBLE CHARGE!!!! ask them to refund until now, no refund and full of excuses!!! Bodoh

Dear Guest,
This whole thing is a misunderstanding, in the beginning your family came to the front desk stating that they didn't have a reservation, so naturally we asked for payment method and they gave us a debit card. It's only after we made the transaction only you told us that you had made a reservation online.
We told you that we will have have the transaction voided, we asked Maybank and they explained that because it's a debit card transaction, so the process took longer time than usual to refund it back to you. We contacted Maybank the next day to inform you how the procedure works.
However you wrote this review before Maybank contacted you, we hope that you understand our situation would like to ask you to remove this review.
Anyway we hope that we can still provide you service in the near future.

The staff is good and kind. Location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hotel is an old one with old facilities in the rooms. There were penalty for smoking inside the hotel but i passed by some hotel rooms with door opens and people smoking inside! This is seriously need to improve on the smoking rules!

Ok stay, if you not choosy
Overall is ok, love the interior design, however the room is not so clean, quite dusty and noisy
