Friendly Staff,
Friendly staff, very willing to help guide you to where you need to go and what tours you need to take. Capsules are very clean and come with two USB outlets and multiple light settings. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk. The hostel is located right next to IMAGO mall which has plenty of high-end stores. (If that's your thing #GucciHostelLife)

Good deal
Location a bit on the opposite end of town to where the action is. But that provides quiet. Large mall nearby was helpful. Hostel was nice and clean but lobby and elevators not so. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice they had laundry machine and racks to dry. Capsules make for good privacy.

Good location and price
Strategic location. If you are not fussy, the capsule hostel serves its purpose well. Being slightly claustrophobic though, I don’t feel comfortable staying for more than 3 days. And personally, I don't think It’s suitable for people who are taller than 5’5” (I could be wrong of course). I’m only 5’3” and already I was having a bit of difficulty manoeuvring inside the capsule without causing too much noise (and I’m quite lean). But it’s a great place if you don't expect much more than a good night sleep and place to freshen up. And Tuh, one of the staffs, was really helpful, which made my stay more memorable.
