"Good location, next to Bahu Mall, a lot of food trucks around, excellent sea view. Swimming pool with nice view, unfortunately, also use as "smoking area". Nice, comfortable and clean bed. Reasonable clean with reasonable basic breakfast, unfortunately, not serving local famous tinutuan porridge."

"The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late."

"The room was very nice. Seems to have been recently cleaned or repainted. Breakfast could have been better- plates and glasses ran out quickly and while they were trying to refresh them during service, they were only bringing out 5 or 6 at a time. Not enough to fulfill the needs of all those people. "
