Our go-to place In Bali
This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The staff is very nice, the pool and villa is very large for a 1 bedroom and even offers more room than some 2 bedrooms due to the layout. The pictures are representative of the place and our family likes how open it is in the livingroom area. One thing to note when booking, is that there is a high room tax so be sure to see the final price in your cart. Breakfast came with our room and I recommend the Nasi Goreng with sweet spicy sauce. We will come back a 3rd time as it’s very close to Canguu and not in Seminyak.

great villa
The villa its self was absolutely beautiful and service was amazing but the location is just ok. Its surrounded by other villas and nothing in walking distance except some mini marts. So when staying here rent a scooter or expect to get a taxi in order to get to resturants, the beach, and/or shopping area

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Private well looked after and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, extremely polite and helpful. They couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable.

The property is very quiet and private. We loved this but it does mean you will need a taxi to go anywhere else to eat or explore. We ate our dinners here by ordering what we wanted in the morning with the chef. The chef then brought the ingredients + 20% and then cooked us the most amazing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings chilling out by the pool before and after dinner. Very relaxing holiday. The bedroom is huge with a beautiful outdoor shower and bath. Amazing having a shower in the rain!

Beautiful villa, excellent service
Spacious, open plan living villa that is a must to experience. Dont bother going out to restaurants as Made and the team will cook you amazing meals in your very own kitchen. I recommend Arwana Estate to anybody that wants get away from the hustle and bustle and be spoilt, and the private pool tops it off.

Large Villas 10 minutes away from Seminyak
Great large villa with four bedrooms and four beautiful bathrooms. The chefs who prepare the breakfast, lunch, and dinner are amazing, wonderful and helpful people. It was hard to leave the villas as everything was made so convenient and easy. Cleaning took place during our meals and the villas were looked after really well all the time. Even if you had a couple of bigger bugs crawling into the villa or hung out in the partially open-sky bathrooms the staff removed them effectively and quickly. The pool was big and clean. The villas are a bit worn out, but if you are not bothered by a few fading paint spots here and there you should be fine. The most impressive thing in the villa was the staff and how cheaply you could eat really well and enjoy the tasteful local food. Thank you to all at Arwana Estate!

Gorgeous Private Villa
This was a beautiful villa with plenty of space and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very romantic and relaxing. A short taxi ride into Seminyak that cost around $3. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave.

Food that was cooked was amazing. Staff very friendly. I am susceptible to a 'funny tummy' and had no issues. Would recommend all 4 of these villas to everyone.

Beautiful villa, so tranquil. Rooms need a little TLC, as there is was a little paint damage in the Sam Villa. Staff were simply amazing, especially Cadek and Made, who made sure we were accommodated and comfortable. Also, 2 of the bathrooms in our villa are outside. Not in an out-house way, it's actually very beautiful; however, if you're not too fond of the outdoors and natural life (lizards, snails, and bugs), and can be a little intimidating. But I got over the bugs and, it was actually calming.

Paradise getaway
The Arwana more than lived up to expectations. The room was exactly as shown, and more. The staff constantly catered to needs and kept the room in outstanding condition. The cooks would make meals to order, and they were delicious. This was a birthday trip, and I was surprised with cakes to make it a special day. I would recommend the Arwana Estates to anyone considering Bali.

Helpful staff and comfortable environment.
The environment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, like the situation in the photo, is not false. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially there will inevitably be in the mosquitoes in nature, but the staff will help drive away every evening so that we have a comfortable night.

Really memorable days at Arwana!!
We stayed one bed room villa at Arwana Estate for 2 nights and had a great days. Villa was very spacious and private. Staffs are very kind and helpful. We experienced really memorable days with them. If you like private and queit villa or you have big family, I definitely recommend this villa!

Artistic villa with a feel of nature
Artistically decorated villa, great furnishing and fittings, open air but still private bathroom, nice toileteries. Staff is great, very helpful with making breakfast etc, manager is fluent in English and cooperative. Bad points on mosquitoes though they provide repellant coils. AC in one room was working very weak. There is a nice small restaurant 'warung kunara' nearby, 24 hour shops. A little far from main city.

Excellent Stay
The villa was awesome! Good facilities, quiet (very close to nature, with bird chirping..), very friendly staff and good cook. We find the food were better than many well known restaurants. While the location was away from the main street, it was easily accessible to many places.

Home away from home.
I spent five days at Arwana in Villa Sam with my husband and three children aged 8,12 and 14. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the efforts of the staff (especially the cooks!) who could not have been more kind and helpful. It is worth noting for families with small children that the downstairs bedrooms, although they have their own bathrooms, are not connected to the main bedroom area and lock up independently ie children who wake in the night need to go OUTSIDE, past the unfenced pool, up a steep set of windy stairs and knock on the door to wake their parents. This may not be ideal for families with youngsters HOWEVER we felt very safe to leave doors unlocked as security was spot on with 24hr guards at the front gate. The food, facilities and staff were truly EXCELLENT and we will certainly be back. Thank-you Arwana Estate

A good villa
The staffs in the villas are very nice and helpful. The food is good and always ready on time. The villa and the private pool are clean and comfortable with high privacy. In general, we stayed in the villa for 7 days and we have nothing to worry and just focus on enjoying the relaxing holiday~ We will consider to stay in this villa again when we travel to Bali again

Arwana Estate - Kerobokan
My family of 5 stayed for 7 nights during the September school holidays last week. Arwana Estate - Villa Joe was amazingly beautiful and well above any of our expectations - it was sheer luxury and tranquillity. Our experience was fantastic due to the extremely hospitable, attentive and genuinely caring staff that ensured our stay was enjoyable. They were wonderful with our children - ages 19, 15 and 10. We would certainly recommend Awrana Estate to anyone - single or with family and we would definitely go again. Seminyak is only a short taxi drive away - 10mins and $3.00. We were far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak yet close enough to enjoy. There were day spa's, cafe's and small corner stores nearby where we could go for anything we needed.

My family of 6 (3 adults & 3 children) staeyed in a 4 bedroom (4 ensuite & 2 extra toilet complex). Heaps of room, airconditioning, TVs & DVD's every bedroom, pool table private pool hosekeepers & chefs.....absolutely fantastic....:-) Could have enjoyed it more relaxing & peaceful......only a 10 minute cab ride to shops & beach ($4)

Fantastic service
It was a great stay. The staff were really nice and friendly, and Olwin, the staff in charge of helping to manage our transport, was very prompt in replying all my last minute questions.The rooms were clean and air conditioned and there were outdoor showers, with a big pool for the kids to play and relax in. My only concern was that the hotel itself is quite isolated and it is about 10 minutes walk out to the main street, but you can easily just ask the house manager to get a taxi for you. It might not be the place if you're expecting an ocean view but I would recommend it if you're looking to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas.

En dehors de la décoration superbe, c’est surtout l’ensemble de l’équipe (Madi est extraordinaire, toujours à vouloir le meilleur pour nous, le recherche d’attentions diverses allant même jusqu’à mobiliser l’ensemble du staf pour nous emmener sur leurs propre scooters pour une séance de massage dans un cadre somptueux!). 다시 꼭 가고싶은 숙소입니다.
부모님 환갑여행으로 잡은 숙소였는데 가족 모두 마음에 들어했습니다. 저녁시간이 되면 잠자기 좋게 방마다 모기약도 뿌려주고 침대에 모기망도 쳐줍니다. 그리고 통 바비굴링을 원하사는분은 하루전에만 말한다면 20만원 이하로 멋진 발리 음식을 즐기실수있습니다.

グループ旅に、最高なスイートルーム
友人と5人の旅でしたが、一棟貸し切りなのでとても快適です。 リビングダイニングが外と直結しているのでヤモリもいますが、とてもかわいいです。 朝もニワトリの鳴き声や鳥のさえずりが心地よく聞こえ、部屋にあるプールも充分な大きさで最高でした。 部屋も清潔感があります。 繁華街から少し離れているので渋滞時には行き来に時間がかかりますが、30から1時間程度です。

Free breakfast only served bread and milk which we don't know. If you want to order others, need extra charged. Villa is 40 minutes walk distance to downtown, not very convenient. The advantage is swimming poor water is warm, so kids very enjoy. Faciliy is old, not maintain very well..
