There is no problem with the soundproofing between the rooms, you can't hear the noise from the other rooms, but you can hear the sound from the corridor clearly. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent — a 5-8 minute walk to the Zhongshan MRT stop (red and green lines) but lots of buses even closer. There are lots of great food options and bars in the area, and there's a popular and well-stocked fruit vendor around the corner, which is a welcome addition to breakfast. "Good location next to Shilin market and close to the metro. Good shower, Aircon, and an elevator. We were at the end of the corridor so it was quiet. Room is tiny which wasn't super clear in the pictures. Floor was absolutely filthy when we arrived, although when I notified reception they did send the cleaner to vacuum.
