Very courteous and friendly staff, from the doorman to front desk and wait staff. Reasonably priced, Food options in breakfast buffet wasn’t extensive but decent & had hot meal options and u can order additional dishes. Room accommodations are comfortable, A/C was good. Some downside is louder sounds from corridor or next room can sometimes be heard. Need to take a 10-15 min taxi ride to main shopping district which is part of the experience

This place was great! Very close to the airport so only a 5-10m walk. Everyone there is very polite and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and even though it is in a busy area, it was still quiet and peaceful. My only negative was that the breakfast selection was quite small but it was still tasty. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me and family feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's atmosphere was inviting, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu had a diverse selection, and each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The culinary experience truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, comfortable accommodations, and mouthwatering culinary offerings. It made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Key highlights are: Close to Airport at a walking distance Staff and service was excellent and way polite. Food was delicious and good dining options, must try. Must visit and everything was easily accessible. Thanks to the staff for making this trip memorable and easy.

Great hotel! Great staff! Food (whatever I had) pretty good. Super close to airport. Problem areas: 1) ambient noise (dogs barking at night), cleaning/maintenance staff can be whistling and loud at times. 2) shower hot water takes time heating and takes time cooling. Would I go there again? Yes!

This is an excellent hotel if you are needing courtesy airport transportation and a decent room. From USA standards it is not a 4 or 5 star establishment. The room is clean and the shower hot with good water pressure. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate what you may need. They also have a breakfast option which is good but unfortunately, the food is typically cold but suffices. The positive is they bring you hot coffee or tea. The suppers we ordered were good but one of the suppers arrived cold. They offered to remake the meals but it was already a long wait so we declined. We would definitely consider staying again if we were in Kathmandu.
