Only for sleep hotel
Location good Wifi connection bad Staff attitude need to get improvement Other hotel doesn’t charge the local government tax from customer but only this R&B hotel have. The room key quality not good is like a plastic paper instead of card material and only provide one piece for a room.

Room is very small but good enough for staying the night. Will not be comfortable if you have multiple large luggages. Pyjamas, toothbrush & toothpaste, hair dryer provided. Breakfast is a few different types of bread, soups, juice & coffee/tea - simple & good enough a start.

Perfectly fine... a couple of blocks walk to jr station... breakfast was a variety of freshly baked croissants and rolls baked on the premises along with cold boiled eggs... coffee and soup from a dispensing machine...

Outstanding accommodation
Everyone helpful, especially the hotel manager who spent considerable time with me helping me to get on line using the Hotel's wifi. The breakfast was good, nutritious and tasty, meeting both Japanese and those of European heritage. Also located a short distance from the rail station and close to bus lines. I highly recommend it.

Very low quality hotel
We stayed here for one night based on the high ratings on Trip Advisor. Of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, all in the same price range, this was by far the worst. The room was very basic, with low quality furnishing and garish colors. Which would have been fine, except the mattress was also very low quality, hard as a rock and very uncomfortable, and thus depriving me of a good nights sleep. The cheap mattress can't have cost more than the price of the room for the night! I can't recall ever having spend a night on a more uncomfortable bed - and I have stayed in all kinds of places. Otherwise the room was clean, and the service good, but what's the point of that if I can't get a good nights rest? As others have mentioned, there is no wifi in the room, but the hotel staff will lend you a router for free.

何時も利用させて頂いてますが 今回から歯磨きセット、他もセルフに なってましたが説明が無く不親切と 感じました(個人の資質かもしれませんが) 今回は201号室ですたが雨の日でしたが トユなのか水の流れる音がかなりうるさく 低減して欲しいです
