The hotel was fairly new, so the facilities and room were clean. I loved the design and ambiance of the hotel. I went during Ramadan. The sahur service was not to my preference. Nevertheless, I don't mind returning for another stay.

Nice resort vibes pool, variety of food for the buffet breakfast was not a wide selection but good enough. Got a room quite far from the lift unfortunately despite special requesting. Traffic for the car incoming for pick up is quite jam.

It was welcoming that the hotel staff at check-in counters did greet the hotel guests. Cup noodles & microwaveable hot food were available for purchase next to check-in reception. Need to request for non-standard amenities eg. toilet roll, bottled water & for daily cleaning of room at check-in reception. Room was not set up according to number of guests indicated in room booking. The sofa bed which was meant to be a sleeping bed for guest was uneven, causing rocking sound upon lying down to sleep. Discovered water was not draining properly via drainage when bathing, thus flooding. Although both matters were resolved upon calling for maintenance, it was not creating the best impression for guests. Hair conditioner was not refilled in the bathroom. Missing standard amenities in the room: no comb, only 1 shower cap. Hotel room was booked for 3 guests but only 2 sets of amenities were available. hotel staff was not readily obliging when informed by hotel guest that there were 3 guests in the room thus asking for 1 more glass & mug at check-in counter. Hotel guest had to ask if there was a need to share the glass /mug in the room.

A lot of Google reviews were mainly complaining about the check in process and how unprepared the rooms were but it was not the case for us. I guess the hotel had worked on their service recovery. We came at around 3:30pm and our check in was so smooth. The twin room with pool view room was perfect for the 3 of us. Even though the sofa bed was not really a bed (it remained a sofa), but it fitted for one person. The hotel provided bed sheet, blanket, pillow toothbrush and bottled water for the third person sleeping on the sofa. The room was big, had a big table and the interior was chic. No complains during our stay.

Hyatt Place Paradigm Mall in JB will make an excellent choice of stay for the the location right on top of a huge shopping mall which is convenient and a plus point for all amenities looks well maintained compared to many others buildings in the country However, it has a downside of AC is not cold at night which caused me and my family of four unable to have a proper rest at night for both of our 2 nights stay in JB The AC has suddenly turned off in the middle of the night and all of us in the room didn't sleep well... The next day, my husb called up for maintenance staff to come and check, and he said nothing was broken, but the AC suddenly turned off due to the motion sensors If its sensed movement then it will continue to "on" but if it does not it will "off" by itself.. which was terrible as the room become hot suddenly.. I guess a feedback would be, having understand the hotel pursuits of energy savings, however maybe put a timer to the motion sensor will be good for the guests staying... Let the sensor works only in the day time, and in the night time turn it off, to let guests have a proper rest...if this situation rectified... Hyatt Place Paradigm Mall JB will be highly recommended and we won't hesitate to comeback and stay there again... Thank you!

Nice hotel with excellent location
Room was spacious. But sofa bed can only fit one person. Hotel is nice to provide fitted sheet and pillow for sofa bed but they ran out of blanket. Swimming pools are nice too, kids enjoyed it so much. Breakfast was chaotic due to the crowd, staff did not refill the food promptly and clear plates fast enough. Overall stay was nice, friendly staff. Able to loan baby bath tub and potty from reception, very amazing!

Beautiful and wonderful stay
Rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful view from our room overlooking the pool and adjacent area. Wonderful breakfast which was free with our stay. Hotel stay was exceptional, incredibly helpful, and very friendly. One front desk employee even remembered my name and greeted me when I approached. The staff looked into booking us a driver to see local sights and also booked us a driver to take from Johor Bahru to our hotel in Singapore. The hotel is on top of a mall so many food options. We loved our stay.

one month old hotel so everything is clean , the croissants are freshly baked… improvement can be made at omelette counter as people were crowding the area hence blocking the buffet area during peak hours

Nice hotel connected to paradigm mall. But needs to be more family friendly and not just charge for extra pillow and blanket for kids to use the sofa to sleep. We already paid for the large room so the very least you can do is provide extra blanket and pillow.

Excellent location
Excellent location for a family holiday. Direct connecting to the Paradigm Mall. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable. There is a dedicated parking access at L6 catered for the hotel guest. The area is also monitor by security guards which you can safely park your car there if you are driving.

This is the best hotel that me and my big family had over the weekend!!! Everything was clean the bed was comfy baby cot was there the room was big the staffs was friendly and helpful the breakfast was yummy and never not a bad thing about our stay!
