Delayed Check In
Confirmation number given to me and given to hotel is different. Pass my passport to the hotel staff but he did not bother to check the bookings against my name and he could not find the booking which is in front of him on the reception desk. Delayed my check in for almost 1-hour.

Poor Service and Rude Front Desk
The hotel room is spacious, bed was comfy, lots of eateries around and friendly house keeping staf. In fact felt the housekeeping staff is much more helpful and friendlier than the front desk reception staff. Specifically called the hotel on 7.3 (a day before) to request a king or queen bed instead of 2 single beds and was confirmed by the staff on duty that it is done. Upon my check in in 8.3.18 evening, I was told that my request was not updated in their system. No apology from the staff on duty that evening. Just a irritated and annoyed looked when i aaked if any king size bed room is available. She blamed the staff who answered my call had overlooked it and that they are fully booked. To resolve my issue, she just called housekeeping staff to put the 2 beds together. When I came up to my room, the housekeeping staff smile and told said sorry for the inconvenience. Then he switched on the aircon and left. Front desk staff gave me a bad first impression of the hotel.

Decent stay, value for money
There's a Jacuzzi tub in the room, quite amazed with it. Room is clean, location is quiet. It's best to drive as its abit far from the main tourist area. Only major issue is that the wifi is really bad. It's either not loading or that extremely long to load.

Hotel Shiki
Good location with many eateries, hence convenient. Generally happy with the room except for a smoky smell though it was a non-smoking room. Or was it the air freshener?

Nice Hotel
1st time there. Stayed for 3 days. Using own vehicle to move around will be better. Parking area is ample. Quiet and peaceful area except for some traffic sound. Reasonable price hotel.

- customer service was so lousy. - there is no presentation from reception staff went anwers the phone. - kind of uneducated staff without knowing others language. - so rude no manners while we ask about the hotel. - make fun of us went we try to book from telephone (laugh & pass to other staff). - saracasm - we being chaise away before our checkout time. - we being book by trivago, first confirmation staff say to us we already book and we got the email from trivago. - but after we ask about room earlier the staff said we never book. - we had to deal again and booking by the phone not from trivago by other user names. - most disrespect full from employee to customers - may be this is 1 times check in not again

酒店位置好,双人按摩浴缸
房间空间还可以,浴缸是双人按摩的,酒店位置也非常好。只是酒店用的空气清新剂味道我非常不喜欢。

We come a bit late around 5pm to check in but the room is not ready yet. When we enter the room, the floor still wet because they just mopped it.
