Eventhough the room is quite small, it is comfortable and considered good value for money. The only need to comment is always noisy in the middle at night from the lounge nearby.

Quiet stay at JB
Very spacious but there is a smell when we enter the room due to poor ventilation. The windows need to be cleaned.

Stayed one night. Didn’t sleep a wink, heard neighbours children screaming n playing and neighbourhood downstairs talking in middle of night and cars zooming pass. Stains on bed head and toilet. Plus bath n toilet not separated area so whole bathroom wet. First and last stay. Plus Expedia used my $100 for a $57 stay so I overpaid as well

Unexpectedly, the bed in the room is super cosy and comfortable to sleep in. The cons are the lights in the room is quite dark and dim, personal preference for brighter room condition. The carpet is quite sticky and recommend to provide any kind of room slipper unless able to keep the carpet non-sticky, other than these, we quite enjoy the stay.

Pretty affordable stay especially with the discounted price! It’s a decent place to stay, just that the walls are not really soundproof so can be quite prone to noise. But overall, nice place especially with the really helpful and friendly staffs!

The room was too dim & the toilet flooring was slippery! The bed has insect on it & bedsheet has a foul smell! I booked 2nights & didnt stay on the 2nd night. Ended up I have to book another hotel. First unhappy stay :(

Hotel building outside looks rundown but inside is good and clean. Was stated room slippers provided but can't find. Water shower pressure was super small. The security guards do not allow our car to go in until we pay them SGD50/- to park overnight saying they will help us "look" after. Felt cheated as it was supposed to be free parking being the hotel stay-in guest.

Points to consider
Location is less accessible unless you drive. Driving in & out need to get a written pass from the hotel staff in order to get free parking. Parking for hotel guests is designated on level 5, and hotel lobby is on level 2, only 1 service lift, less convenient. Area a bit rowdy at night with restaurants and pubs.

Area is near ksl if you are driving or taking grab. Quite inconvenient if you are driving.Parking area is very narrow. Difficult to unload luggage as your car are not allow to stop at the hotel lobby.

The place is out of the way but this is what you get at the price. The main complaint is the AC compressor was just next to the room and it was like an aircraft jet engine.

Pros - Both room and toilet are spacious, plenty of space to move around and place belongings. Cons - Strong cigarette smell in the room. There was a cockroach in the room at night and even though I tried to take it out, it hid in a crevice on the floor and I couldn't kill it - was uncomfortable to sleep thinking about a cockroach in the room. The lift button to go down to the lobby does not work properly, had to press multiple times and angle my finger until it finally worked. The location is also difficult for Grab drivers to find, as it is hidden inside the plaza and Grab drivers can't turn into the hotel. For one night, it is OK but do not recommend for longer stay.

The estate is a little rundown but the hotel room itself looks like what was advertised in the product listing. It's is decent for a short period of stay. Staff is extremely polite and nice.
