Staff is polite. Room is awesome. Booked a triple room. Spacious and clean. Has a variety of TV channels. Many eateries which are walkable and Sutera Mall is nearby

One night stay in Avantgarde
This hotel is generally clean. Counter staff approachable and helpful. Lot of eatery around the hotel. Check in and out fast. No fridge for your cold staff if you need one.

Restless stay - not meant for light sleepers
Stayed 2 nites over the Good Friday weekend. Room was facing the road directly above the pub. 1st night - live band was till 3am, 2nd night was open mic karaoke till 4am. Imagine the torture of enduring amateur drunken singing/yelling till 4am. Not recommended to stay unless you’re there to party all nite long and sleep in till noon.

Room and service are good. However, the noise from the pub downstairs (Live band) is extremely noisy till late night. Couldn’t get a good sleep. The hotel management should take this seriously.

Hotel near Sutera Mall
Location is great, walking distance to Sutera mall. The room we stayed has no window, the aircon had a bad odour. Bed is OK but pillow is too small.

For the savvy business traveller
Cosy budget hotel with value for money rooms. A big plus is that the rooms are clean. Location is excellent as there is everything you would want within walking distance. Pharmacies, mini marts, bars, restaurants.

A good hotel with great location for a short stay. This hotel is surrounded with many eating places, pub, karaoke etc.. The room is clean. The room aircon is cool. Booked an Elegant Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is reasonably big. The toilet comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub and my kids love it. We will be back again if we happen to have a short stay. DO NOTE, this is a NON-SMOKING Hotel.

The corridor has a lot of obstacle e.g. step and slope and the floor tiles is black in colour and not visible to see. THE TOILET FLOOR TILES ARE VERY SLIPPERY AND WET. LIFT IS FAULTY, IT WENT 2.5 floor, jerk and didnt open and went down again instead of going 3rd floor where we stay. Staircase also dark and irregular step. Lousy wifi. Hardly can be connected

Smooth check in and check out. the room is clean and has basic necessity. It would be nice to have a mini fridge. The bathroom is big and clean but it will be better if stains can be remove. In room WIFI network is poor.

Spacious. Shopping and food outlets nearby.
The toilet floor was soapy and slippery when I checked into the room. I had to rinse it with water myself. Hotel.com says can stay 5 people but only 2 pillows on King size bed and 1 pillow each for single bed, there wasn't any spare in the cupboard either. Limited TV channels.

Hotel is situated in the middle of eateries and Sutera Mall is literally 5 mins away. Very convenient. The only complaint would be parking. Because location is shared with local eateries, you might or might not be able to find parking.

The security told us the last parking lot reserved for their boss, so we cannot park our car in the hotel parking lot. We need to park our car another side and pay our own self.
