This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop

A good place to stay.
The hotel is steps awayvfrom the beach. A lovely place to stay with a lot of freebies such as breakfast and coupons to have a couple of beers. We stayed in a room with twin bed since it was my adult daughter and I. This hotel had the firmest beds I have ever slept on and I need something a little softer otherwise we enjoyed out stay.

View from the sea view room was fantastic -- really a beautiful, unobstructed view! Basement carpark was helpful too. Room might be a little small for 3 adults, but was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials :) Buffet breakfast was great too. My favourite was its proximity to the sea/ beach, as well as alot of restaurants in that area. Staff were polite and helpful.

Great hotel at the best location
Everything was great. Room was bigger than expected and I could see some of the beach from my winodw even though I booked a city view room, so that was a nice bonus. Got some voucher for a free beer and breakfast. Breakfast wasn't that great but I didnt pay for it and it was an add on so no complaints. Location is spot on!

The staff and the location are the two best things in this hotel. Staff were really polite and helpful, tried their best to assist our every needs. The location is perfect! The hotel is close to Hamdeok beach, cafes, restaurants and water sports.

Amazing stay. The island was stuck in a Typhoon and they checked me in early at no extra cost so I could relax. John was such a fantastic front desk receptionist. I plan on coming back to this hotel next time i’m in Jeju.

Clean and comfortable, on the beach, with excellent service and great food. Extremely easy access from airport bus, music on beautiful rooftop roomy lounge, jacuzzi had 6 easy fit, provided free Bluetooth speaker, and champagne with cheese, fee, but good time overlooking bay and 30+squid boats on the horizon, we would return!

The hotel was nice and situated on the beach. We had a city view, which was fine. There aren’t balconies for the beach view rooms, so not sure it’s worth the extra money to have a beach view. We found it absurd that the charge to use the top floor got tubs was about $100/hour. We were also initially under the assumption that breakfast was included. This was not the case, though we received vouchers for two people for one breakfast buffet. We also received one draft beer ticket. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for us, despite some frustrations/misunderstandings on our part.

Great staff and service, very small rooms.
The hotel staff and service were very good, but the room itself was very small. I traveled with my hubby and my 3-year old son, but the room felt so small even for a 2 night stay.

Rooms average, spa on roof the highlight
We paid for the most expensive room other than the family suite and were very disappointed. A tiny room, that we paid extra for the sea view. Other cheaper rooms have balconies - that you cannot see from the photos. The spas on the rooftop come at a cost. 100,000 for 1.5 hours but you get to choose some food package to go with it. That is the highlight of the hotel.

Convenient location to restaurants and steps to the beach. Our first room (Japanese ondol) was uncomfortable due to the thin and soft futons so upon request, they changed our room pretty quickly to one with beds. Great service and good breakfast buffet options/value. A/C was turned off for the season so the room was very hot and stuffy. (Due to the very poor air quality outside we were unable to open windows.)

Great hotel at Jeju
Hotel was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to family friendly beach. Their customer service spoke English so that was a plus. Hotel has parking garage and overflow lot but FYI finding parking can be difficult at night due to number of guests and popularity of beach at night.

The seaside view of our room was excellent.The cleaning of the room was excellent. The staffs are very kind. The ventilation system is problem, dust is popped out during heater-on.

Great place
Great lication right on the water. Don't be a cheap. Pay the couple extra dollars and get the ocean view and breakfast. There are many places to eat nearby but no real breakfast places.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great. Our room had the ocean view and it was beautiful. I wish there was a place to refill our water instead of plastic one time use water bottles everyday (although it was nice to have water, just the environmental impact of 2 water bottles per room per day...). The convenience of being able to wash your feet at the entrance was also really nice since they were sandy each day from the beach.

The beach view is perfect. And location is perfect. From airport to hotel is only 20000wow. Just 1 min. To beach. My son said want to stay again.

Loved staying there very helpful staff clean very quiet loved location and area . Would stay there again . Wish list a more comfortable sitting place in the room .. most of the time my husband sat in the hallway... as a foreigner I prefer a softer bed. Thank you for the stay!

A little disappointed
The location is great. No english speakers or english directions for air conditioner. Very hard to find a parking spot in the parking lot. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The sky lounge was closed for repair and was not told before booking or when I arrived. I would have gotten a cheaper hotel elsewhere. Convenience store is attached which is nice. Great view if you pay extra for that room.

Everything is good except the size of the room. We got a standard twin which is 23m3. But space taken by balcony which is of no use. No room for luggage. If you going to stay here, make sure your luggage bag is no bigger than cabin bag. Otherwise would give it 5 stars for proximity to beach and pubs/restaurants.

샤워실이 침실에서 보인다. 블라인드로 가릴거면 왜 유리로 만들었을까? 룸과 침대 컨디션이 보통이다. 발코니가 있지만 의자가 없다. 호텔 주변에 편의 시설이 풍부하다. 이것은 강점이다.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am wunderschönen Hamdeok-Strand. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und geräumig, das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück lecker mit guter Auswahl an korenischen und westlichen Speisen. Der Grund dafür, dass ich bereits zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel war, sind die Jacuzzi auf dem Dach mit einem autemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer.
