The hotel needs renovation. The closet door won’t close so the light is always on. One of the bedside light switches is hard to operate. The towel rack in the bathroom is not fixed properly and seems to be falling off. Housekeeping knocked on my door at about 9:30 PM to offer me bottled water when I didn’t ask for any and it was already quiet time. Soundproofing is not good as I can hear the live band playing in the pool area. The road to the hotel has traffic always except early morning.

Fab place to stay in Jakarta
Brilliant hotel the room was the best we’ve had with ample space. The pool was a good size and clean. The bar menu in the lobby was awesome. Breakfast also excellent Staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff was great, friendly and respectful. Loved the buffet style breakfast..allot of different food to choose from. Less than 10 minutes to Mall. Would definitely recommend and be back at the same hotel on my next visit to Jakarta.

Location is in close proximity to Pondok Indah Mall, Transmart, and Lebak Bulus MRT station. The staff are friendly and helpful. My grievance is that I was given a smoking room (out of 2 rooms I ordered), and the AC in one of the rooms did not work properly.

Not great value for me
It was a pretty straightforward hotel. Nothing jumped out and the area was a little bland. The WiFi wasn’t great and the cleaning service wasn’t up to good standards (they didn’t refill soap or toilet paper when I was clearly out and also threw out a bag of stuff that wasn’t garbage, nor was even by a garbage can). I wouldn’t stay here again, but that’s just me.

I like the big trees around the swimming pool area, but I do not like the candle placed on the outdoor dining tables by the swimming pool as it doesn't give enough light to enjoy the meal or drink, there should be a proper outdoor light

When I first arrived at the hotel around 12, I was told that I could not check in until 2 pm. So I went to the closest mall. I came back to the hotel around 3:30 pm which the room should be ready. However the room is still not ready and I got my room around 4:30 pm. They gave me room 706. The room was pretty nice and clean. However I started to notice that the bathroom was leaking and the smell was pretty bad. I complained and they did not take care of it fast. However after arguing they finally move us to different room. I stayed for 2 nights and was asking if I can get a late check out since my flight was in the evening. They said if I want to check out at 2pm, they will charge me 25% of my booking fee. I did not have a pleasant experience from this hotel because the customer service was not friendly and not helpful!

Convenient location
The hotel is in a convenient location for those having business in South Jakarta area. Having said that it's disappointing that the rooms facing the main road are very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night with the loud sounds of cars and motorcycles almost continuously moving. The hotel must take actions to reduce this sound by installing proper sound proofing in windows and areas facing the main road. My request for a room on the quiet was not available so I had a very tiring stay there.

Staff are very kind. Location is great. Close to pondok Indah mall. Breakfast buffet is delicious - check out the burbur ayam- chicken porridge. So yummy. Beds comfortable. AC is good. Ask for a room away from main road as traffic is noisy if you are facing the road.

I turnen on the "Do Not Disturb" light in the room. However, the housekeeping staff keep knocking the door asking if I needed to clean the room :( . Location of hotel is not far from Pondok Indah Mall (you need to grab a car to the mall). If you dont mind the 'distance' to the mall. We checking into a 2 bedroom suites - huge room and comfortable. The hotel does look a bit tired with its current renovation. Nearest 24 hour is KFC Fast Food - about 3-4 mins walking distance. Staff, however are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Well Done and Keep up the good work!!!

The location isn’t a bit easy. Always heavy traffic jam around there. But the hotel itself is good to stay.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, everything about it was good - great value, great service, good room - nice pool. All good. The only down side is the location. It is not easy to get about in this area, only real way is by taxi (nobody walks). There are not many nearby facilities, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar - but if you want options - they are limited. However, I will stay there again - very good.

Swiss-Belhotel Pondok Indah located in Pondok Indah square, we are not side by side with public facilities – but hotel is not far to Mall, Banks, Hospital and corporate offices areas. Taxi is available for 24-hours. Swiss-Cafe restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with speciality for Indonesian, Asian and International food. Bar is available with some selections of alcoholic beverage, such as Wines, Spirit and Beer & Draught Beer. Live Music Acoustic is available at pool area everyday (except Monday) at dinner time. Great location for shopping
We stayed at Swiss-Bel Pondok Indah for 11 nights during our holiday in Jakarta. The location is great for us since it’s walking distance to pubs, restaurants and cafes. Big shopping centre is only 2 kilometres away from the hotel. Despite that there’s a major construction down the road and caused a massive traffic jam but we always manage to find an alternative route. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but every time we ordered the room service or drinks (when we’re at the pool) it took the food and drinks soooo long to arrive. We always wonder what the held up was considering we often order our food and drinks in not busy hours. We hope that they can improve their service in this area. Overall is an OK experience to stay at Swiss-Bel Pondok Indah.
