Comfortable and family friendly
The hotel staff were very accommodating, first letting us check in earlier because of the kids. Secondly letting us check out later because I had a terrible headache I was sleeping off. Everyone was very polite and kind. Very family friendly. Convenient location. Mosque and convenient store within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't enticing for us, it had quite a number of options, but mainly Indonesian dishes. Wish there was bread and Jam...

Falling Apart
Very disappointing stay. For starters, it was annoying to learn that this 5-storey hotel only has elevator service for the first 4 floors. My room was not much better: old carpet and the shower drain clogs. To matters worse, my room was literally falling apart where the light switches became dislodged from the wall, which was a safety hazard. This safety issue was addressed to hotel management and reception refused to assign an alternative room; the best that maintenance could do was to re-attach the light switches with packing tape......packing tape!!! The breakfast was not great either. At times the serving warmers were bare and the juice dispenser empty.

Sofyan Hotel Betawi Jakarta has a very strategic location suitable for my business trip. The hotel served delicious and sumptuous meals especially the buffet breakfast. The room where I stayed was also kept clean each day. The staff are also friendly and very helpful.

I dont speak Indonesian and they did tgeir best to help me, all smiles, great service, professional manner. Welcoming. Helpful. Hotel rooms very comfortable and clean, a/c very good, easyvto get transport or use hotel driver. Very affordable

Disappointing.
We had asked for a room with 2 double beds for my wife and I and our adult daughter. On arriving they gave us a room with 2 single beds and said they would put a single mattress on floor for our daughter. They called this a room upgrade from our booking. None of the staff spoke much English so couldn't resolve the problem and we ended up having to accept the room as offered. It was only after we registered that they informed us there was no hot water and didn't know when they would have any. The neighborhood is upscale for Jakarta but still not great. A few good restaurants close by and train station is 2 blocks away. The hotel does have an awesome breakfast included in room price.

The hotel was in a good location.The staff had very little English.Hot water was an issue you had to run the water for at least15 minutes. The staff were very polite and willing to be of service.

Het is uitstekend goed hotel met goede service, alle medewerkers zijn alert en behulpzaam. Kamer is ruim en voldoende met faciliteiten, alleen tv chanel heeft maar 15 zenders met storingen, wifi is goed. Kamer netjes en schoon, wel verouderde tapijt. Ontbijt buffet scoort ruim voldoende. Ligt heel centraal bij grote malls.

Nice breakfast but poor cleaningness
The hotel was fine in general. Staffs were nice and the breakfast was great. Well air-conditioning. But the condition of rooms was a bit underexpectation. The room wasn't that clean and noise from the monastery was quite big. Overall it's still good at it's price.

3000円位の料金では抜群のコストパフォーマンスです。 従業員は凄く感じが良い。 朝食も美味しい。 近隣にコンビニあり。 主要交通であるトランスジャカルタの停留所もずっとまっすぐで徒歩10分位。 ここのトランスジャカルタの停留所は、 観光地コタ、モナス、デパート街やブロックMへ行く路線の中央に位置する場所なので、 観光にも便利な位置にあります。 早朝に近くのモスクから流れる、イスラム教の歌や言葉で異国情緒を感じます。 多分、排水溝から出るのでしょうが、蚊や小さな虫が気持ち悪いです。 食べ物を開けておくと小さな虫が群がってきます。

昨年のホテル従業員の方が対応良かった。
チェックインして案内された部屋の冷蔵庫の中が腐ったような臭いで充満していて、とても水を冷やせるような状態でなかった。部屋を変えてくれるか、冷蔵庫を掃除してくれるかお願いをしたが、ダメでした。さらには、洗面所の排水管がくさくてたまらなかったです。サービスの水も提供してもらえない日がありました。 また、ラマダン中のことも影響しているのか、部屋に運ばれてきた朝食は2日以降お粗末な内容でした。従業員も料理の質も良くないと感じました。 来年もインドネシア ジャカルタへの出張あるのに、どこのホテルに泊まるか 悩んでしまいます。

サービスも親切丁寧でとてもお得なホテルです。
ビジネスでジャカルタを訪れた際にはよく利用しますが、サービスもとてもよく、とても快適に過ごすことができます。周りはレストランが立ち並ぶ地区ではありませんが、近くにショッピングセンター（ファーストフードから落ち着いたカフェさらに各種メニューをそろえたレストランも入っている）やスーパーマーケットもあり、散歩がてら出かけるには程よい距離です。また、鉄道の駅にも近く、ジャカルタで一番のスディルマン通りにも1㎞ほどです。朝食は地元料理がほとんどですので、こちらの料理を望まれる方には適しています。全体的には大変お手頃価格ですので、少々ホテル代を節約したい方には断然お薦めです。

このホテルならではの快適さ
向かいに大きなモスクのある、伝統ある建物のムスリムのホテルです。私の宿泊中に外国人はほぼ私一人だったと思います。スタッフは親切で朝食のブッフェはインドネシア料理中心で美味しい。リネン類は清潔でお湯の出も悪くないです。インドネシアらしさを体験するには最適なホテルだと思います。

全体的には大変お得なホテルです。
ビジネスで利用しましたが、鉄道駅に近く、郊外に出かけるには便利です。ブンデラハイのショッピング街に出かけるには2㎞ほどと歩けなくもないですが、タクシーは比較的安価に利用できますので便利です。建物が少々古いのですが、お湯の出方、掃除の清潔感も問題ありません。自分は特に気になりませんでしたが、道を挟んで向かいにモスクがあり、お祈りが拡声器で流れます。ジャカルタでは高級ホテルではどうか知りませんが、このような中流クラスのホテルでは、多かれ少なかれモスクからのお祈りは聞こえます。朝食も豪華ではありませんがインドネシア料理を美味しくいただけます。全体としては、大変コストパフォーマンスが良い、お得なホテルです。

이슬람 신자를 위한 호텔
일단 직원들이 다른 호텔에 비해서 영어를 못한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 친절도도 떨어진다. 나는 당일 예약해서 방문했는데, 확인하는데 시간이 걸리는 것은 이해할 수 있다. 그런데 엘리베이터는 4층까지 올라갈 수 있게 만들어 놓고, 5층을 배정해주었다. 그래서 항상 4층에 내려서 1개층을 걸어올라가야했다. 최소한 그러한 층에 배정했으면 사전에 양해를 구해야 하는것 아닌가 싶은데 전혀 없었다. 방에 들어갔더니 코란이 보인다. 텔레비전을 켰더니 이슬람 방송으로 맞춰져있고 채널을 돌리니 채널수도 5~6개 밖에 되지않는다. 뭐 그럴 수 있지...라고 생각하고 샤워하고 나왔더니 도마뱀이 보인다. 여기서 좀 너무하다는 생각이 들었다. 그리고 좀 있다보니 개미도 보인다. 이게 호텔인가 하는생각이 들기 시작했다. 다음날은 조식을 못먹었고, 그 다음날 아침에 식사를 하려고 1층에 마련된 식당에 방문했다. 뭔가 휑하다. 라마단 기간이라 이슬람교들은 금식을 하기때문에 없는 것이었다. 단, 1명도 없었다. 뭐 거기까지는 이해한다. 종교적인 문제니까. 문제는 뷔페식으로 되어있는데 음식의 뚜껑이 죄다 열려있어서 음식을 다 말려버렸고, 그릇은 얼마나 관리를 안했는데 얼룩이 지고 먼지까지 쌓여있었다. 먹어봤더니 맛도 향신료를 강하게 쓴 것이 이번 여행기간동안 묵었던 호텔중 최악이었다. 아니, 최악정도가 아니라 다른호텔에 비교하는 것이 미안할 정도이다. 단언컨데, 무슬림이 아니라면 절대 피해야할 호텔이다. 무슬림에게도 만족스러울지 의심스럽다.

위치가 아주 좋지 않아요. 택시 외에는 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 교통편이 없고, 또 아침 뷔페가 너무 부실해요. 누구에게도 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

Frühstück war ok. Es sollte aber klar sein das man hier in ein recht religöses Hotel kommt. Die Moschee ist genau gegenüber. Im Zimmer Pfeile wohin man betet, der Koran liegt aus. Ansonsten ok. Warum sie meine Kreditkarte aber nochmal haben wollten und abgebucht haben, konnte mir keiner erklären.

Hôtel bien situé mais sale
Bien qu'ayant eu la bonne surprise d'être upgrader a une chambre supérieure double en raison d'un surbooking j'ai été déçu de constater l'état lamentable de la chambre. Extrêmement sale de la literie a la salle de bain. Le pire c'est d'avoir le personnel venir "nettoyer" la chambre pour en fait juste faire le lit : aucun drap n'a été changé, le lavabo n'a jamais été nettoyé ni la douche même le papier toilette n'est changé qu'à partir du moment iu il faut le demander. Bref très dommage vu la situation de l'hôtel et un personnel assez accueillant. Aucun standing, rapport qualité prix je déconseillerai.

清潔で安全で、中級ホテルにしては宿泊費が安い。 スタッフがフレンドリーで、中級ホテルにしてはサービスがいい。 無料の朝食が美味しい（ローカルフードのバイキング）。 ビジネスにも観光にも便利な立地にある。 レストランやカフェ、バー、スーパーなどが徒歩圏内にたくさんある。 インターネット（WiFi）はロビーのみならず、部屋でも無料で使える。 いかにもインドネシアを思わせるエクステリアおよびインテリアが、とても魅力的である。 ホテルのポリシーとして、酒類と豚肉を使った食材は持ち込むことさえ禁止されているため、必ず守ること！！ ゴンダンディア駅の横を通過して、バックパッカーが多く集まるジャランジャクサへ向かう道の途中（左側）に、ヤウダービストロというレストラン（看板はなく日の丸の壁が目印）がある（ホテルから歩いて７〜８分かかる）。 上記のレストランでは美味しいローカルビールを片手に、正真正銘のポークソーセージを食べることができ、値段もかなり手頃であるため、どうしてもノンハラールを楽しみたい人にオススメ（私も頻繁に通った）！！
