Overall a great stay. The room service is prompt, facilities is decent, breakfast pretty good. Would appreicate it they have sauna/steam roo and allocate more entertainment room.

Business Trip to Jakarta
This is my 4th stay in this hotel. Always find the bed comfortable to rest for the night. Room is clean but things in toilet are breaking down. Shower head water splashing everywhere. Hair Dryer not working. Used to provide drinking water with screw cap but now in glass bottle cap. Had a hard time opening the bottles as the cap opener is too soft. Wifi is too slow.
It's big let down that my wife discovered cockroaches for consecutive two morning while having breakfast at the Food-exchange Restaurant. The quality of foods, especially pastry and breaks, have been deteriorated compares with our last few visits to this otherwise cozy nice hotel.

Conveniently situated next to mall and 24 hours mart; Good options for shopping and eating.
Room was very nice, stay was comfortable and staff was very attentive.
I am not impress with the staff of the kitchen. To be specific is the cook for the eggs. He let me wait on the counter and take his own time. Taking plate amd clean plate where he knows that i am waiting for him to cook the eggs. This is a terrible service.

The cleanliness standard is quite low for this 4 star hotel. My room carpet has not been cleaned for I don't know how many days since I see some dirts and small rubbishes remaining on the carpet during the stay. Dirty coffee cup was not replaced. Table was not cleaned at all. Dirty towel was not removed. Toilet papers were not given new rolls. A complaint was raised and the cleaner came to clean the room for the second time. However, this is not supposed to happen in the first place since this is a very expensive hotel. Nothing was given to me besides apology for the inconvenience.

The hotel is great but was a bit upset because booking made with breakfast with 2 guests but front desk mentioned that breakfast was only for 1..doesn't make sense..
