Perfect location as it’s surrounded by restaurants and shopping center. It’s walking distance to light rail station and we also loved the amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet was also delicious with different selections everyday. One thing that can be improved is the number of outlet and locations in the bedroom. We couldn’t find any right next to our bed which would’ve been more convenient.

Very European decor, was within walking distance to a mall with plenty of street food along the way. Rooms that face the main road can get a little noisy at night but overall was a pleasant stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful in extending our checkout.

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応は、冷たくホスピタリティを感じなかった。こちらの要求に対しても、Noとだけであり、フレキシブルに対応してもらえなかった。また、夜にナシゴレンとビール、コーラをオーダーしたら、430,000ルピア(高額)。支払いは現金のみとのことで、部屋につけることもできず、またレシートももらえなかった。不審感を持った。

The staff is very attentive and helpful, the accommodations are immaculate, I booked an executive suite for my niece and her husband (newly wed) as a gift. The buffett was good! Keep up the good job.

Short and Pleasant Stay
It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and comfy. The Christmas decorations are nice too! Love the Japanese foods at Aoki restaurant. In fact, I stayed at this hotel almost 6 years ago and it is still quite well maintained.

The hotel is actually nice and close to major attractions. The deluxe room is unfortunately small and the same goes with the bed. There is visible blood stain on the bed which is very disturbing. The amenities provided for Expedia’s VIP Access and Gold member is disappointing as well.

Mahakam, a gem of a hotel
Beautiful hotel on a quiet street. Friendly service. Easy to access for Grab cars and bikes. Not far from stores selling batik clothing. Right next to money exchange. Small park down the street. A small night market outside after 7:00 p.m. for eating. Yummy breakfast included.

Charismatic hotel with great staff
Great food for both breakfast and dinner. Though very few vegetarian options if that's what you're seeking. Room design has been kept deliberately "charismatic" / old. Sometimes a bit frustrating when trying to find light switches etc. Staff are very prompt and helpful and friendly.

The best boutique hotel!
All is great! I love my bedroom! Small pool but nice! They had many choices of breakfast and the taste was good! Friendly staff. Love design interior and everything except the parking area ;)

Good Location and Character
Hotel is a little different to norm with an 'old feel' rooms are all a little different but well appointed although the bathrooms bu todays standards a little small and no separate showe. Close by are a number of good restaurants (Ate at Koi next door a couple of times. With a shoppong centre Block M also close by. Fitness center and pool also small with minimal equipment but all worked fine
